love the shower door. Takes a long time for shipping. About 3 weeks from order date.

There were four packages to the order of this one product. Three of the four packages have been delivered so far with each being delivered on a different day. Still waiting on the fourth package so my contractor can install the shower door. Why couldn’t all four packages be delivered together??? This has been a very disappointing experience!

Our contractor installed our shower door yesterday and it is perfectly beautiful. Given what we paid for a similar door at our former home, this one is just as beautiful and much less expensive. We are amazed that we could buy something so nice online!

I hope the Basco engineer returns my/Handyman and HD supervisor call for "master" install help because this is a VERY nice bronze door!! When I picked this door with help of HD rep didn't realize switching from a slider to pivot wasn't easy!! We want to chat with Basco before I'm forced to switch to a bronze slider which was VERY easy to install in "guest" bathroom! HD bent over backwards to find missing door for reno!! Hate to send this back....

Nice door but......

Door is stylish. Quality seems good. Delivery by Home Depot to home was smooth, as I have come to expect--never have problems here. No instructions with door!!! Can find these on manufacturer website but it is not as easy to find as one would expect, and door should come with this. The door stop/seal (glass to glass seal on panels) is cludgey and my contractor has ordered a different seal so an after market part required now and door still not installed. Not a straightforward install given lack of instructions and not a robust seal, but I have high hopes it will look great once install complete. I hope that new seal still looks good and finishes the project finally. For the price, door should not need different seal, so that is dissappointing.
