Great Dish

Got this in Teal for my brother for Christmas as he dropped his orange 'volcano' colour bowl recently and was gutted. Dish can be placed in the oven and is not too heavy. Colour and glaze does not crack or fade. My brother loves this brand

Best green bowls

I bought these bowls for the fabulous colour, which is just as good in the ‘flesh’. They are a good weight, great shape and perfect for pasta, soup or stir-fries. I was a little disappointed to find they are made in Thailand (not France), but the quality is top notch, so very happy with my purchase.

love the colour of these. They have a good weight to them and when warmed in the microwave they hold the heat well. My husband loves the lip on them as he struggles with dexterity due to a neurological disease.

Great Sturdy Plates

These plates are great! We got the full set and the plates are brilliant being deep dish! No risk of runaway peas! Very sturdy with a quality feel! No scratches; dishwasher and microwave friendly!

Review of Le Creuset Stoneware Pasta Bowl 22cm Coastal Blue

All Le Creuset stoneware fantastically resilient. Can survive being in an Aga Roasting Oven. Pasta bowls right size for hearty pasta main meals, indulgent puddings and side or starter salads.

Super cute!

Bought in volcanic & nectar, my 2 go to colours. Wanted to use them for poaching eggs (prepping them before putting into hot water) and for snacks. They are actually way nicer than I expected with a nice glossy finish. Very cute. I like them so much that I am going to buy more stoneware next time there is an offer and start to build a collection. My 13 year old daughter loves them :-) Lovely quality!

Classic style

I love these bowls! High quality product that are microwave, dishwasher, and oven safe. Timeless color and style that can adapt to a number of different themes and trends. I move A LOT and these dishes will always be a staple in my kitchen. Not to mention it is easy to buy extras no matter where I live. Love love love!!

Very nice bowls but not bridal shower packaging

The bowls are very nice but if you are buying from a registry, Crate and Barrel doesn’t package the bowls ready to wrap. They come in the factory shipping box. I should have paid $5.50 more to get a nice box. But I thought since I bought the bowls off of the wedding registry the packaging would look nicer.

Not worth the "investment".

I purchased service for 8 less than 3 years ago. My dishes come out of the dishwasher chipped beyond belief. Like so many Le Creuset customers, I pride myself on my ability to cook, and I do not mind investing in lasting pieces. These dishes are one of the worst "investments" I've ever made, to the tune of over $800. I highly recommend Le Creuset cookware; there is nothing like it. But, if you are thinking about these dishes--think again. I would expect to replace dishes from some "big box" store. Dishes that claim to move from oven, to microwave, to table to dishwasher should NOT look like this after less than 3 years in a household of 2 grown adults. But, you may be reading this review and thinking "Well, some people just don't take care of things." Honestly--what kind of people buy things from Le Creuset. Two kinds of people: Those who view these products as aspirational display items, to look pretty in a color-coordinated kitchen, and fussy foodies who invest money in kitchen equipment because cooking is a form of expression/passion/love. We are the latter adults. Literally buy ANY OTHER DISHES.
