Good product acquiring not so good

Difficult purchase from the start. Was told all items were in stock. Immediately after placing the order was told 50% was out of stock and a 60 day wait. Made no effort to locate items from other sources. Delivered 15 incorrect items that had to be returned. Final pieces required exchanges for the correct items. To their credit the presidents office intervened and the correct item shipped by air. Happy with the product unhappy with errors and delays.

Kitchen facelift with new hardware

I LOVE these pulls! The matte black is perfect, the color is true and every piece was in perfect condition. We had purchased Alno pulls in a different home and will continue to again, they make quality products and have great design.

Change your screws

Beautiful handles. But the screws that come with them are useless. Im not going to cut down every single 2" long screws to fit my doors. Send different screws.
