Doesn't fit in rails

I purchased 2 racks but unfortunately the brackets do not fitting into the vertical rails, I went back to the store and spoke with 2 employees, thinking I was doing something wrong and they could make it fit. Seems a poor quality control. Waste of time and very frustrating

We purchased 2 sets of the Closet Culture Systems and 6 of these shoe racks. My husband did some designing of his own and was able to use these with those sets. I love these so much! It’s a pleasure now going into my closet and everything is organized. The best thing is I just pull out the shelves and pick a pair of shoes, no more digging through boxes. These racks are very nice and easy to install. A great addition to our closet! They also look like we spent a lot more on them. I recommend them completely!
