I would purchase again
This is the best portable chair I have ever sat in. The review with one star obviously there was an issue in making it & it slipped through quality control. I would send the chair back. Great chair!
Avoid this junk
Avoid this product at all cost. Even if it's comfortable, it's crippled with defect and bad quality. On my single chair there's three poorly made stitches. One side pocket bottom is not stitched, one armrest is badly stitched and the seat is also missing a portion of stitch.
Awesome chair, but note the weight!
Top notch chair, its great! I would only say to make sure you're aware of the weight. I bought it for my wife to keep in her car because we are hurrying to alot of our kids' games in separate cars, but it is much heavier than I realized. The heavy weight im sure is what makes it such a sturdy/comfortable chair, but it is not what we needed at the moment. I should have read the specs more thoroughly, there's a reason it can hold so much weight! The 2 strap bag is very convenient, i wish that all chairs had that
Bigger Fellas Can Sit with Confidence
Got a pair of these on clearence for $39.99.
[Rewarded Review] Like floating butt-first into a cloud
Ever wander around the wilderness enjoying yourself, but at the same time, not being able to wait to get back to camp and sit down comfortably? Well, like the title says, sitting down on this chair is like floating butt-first into a cloud….its absolutely magnificent. Ive been camping since I was a kid (20yrs) and this is without a doubt, THE MOST COMFORTABLE CHAIR IVE OWNED…end of story.
Great chair!!
I tried to buy the Browning chair earlier in the season but was out of stock. Well worth the wait! The chair is super sturdy. Really a nice chair. Should last a long time.
Giant Camping Chair
This chair was much too large for me. I was looking for a sturdy camping chair that was easy to set up but this one was much bigger and heavier than what I was wanting so I ended up returning it. I didn’t check the dimensions tho before ordering so that’s on me I honestly didn’t know camping chairs came that big lol!
The best- buy them!
Everyone who uses them, wants to know where we bought them. They’re well made and durable. We’ve had some of ours for many years.
I’m 6’4” and 450lbs heavy. Fits me perfectly and is very sturdy and well built. Fabric and stitches feel solid and frame does as well. Carry it everywhere with me. It is heavy in comparison to cheap models, but you really get what you pay for with this!
[Rewarded Review] Heavy Duty no doubt!
It’s great. This isn’t a negative review, but you don’t give 5 stars to something that isn’t your favorite. And this is bulky and a chair in a bag. If you’re trucking somewhere? This is it. If you’re camping and need the storage space while traveling, this is it. But - on my patio, for a fold up chair - my number 2. For a quick, going to the lake, or going to the beach, my number 2. It’s heavy. I’m 6’2” and 205. In decent shape. No, this chair alone doesn’t burden me down. Add the fact that who carries stuff in multiple trips (not me) and it adds up. Say this - pull up to your parking spot, and it’s 1/4 mile to the beach. So, you throw this, your umbrella, your cooler, and a bunch of your kids toys all over your back and look like a hobo on moving day. A 13lb chair adds a lot. Now, carry 2, because your spouse or partner needs theirs too of course, and it’s 26+ lbs. It holds 800 lbs though - so you say, I’m only carrying one, and my spouse can sit in my lap, which they can, but you and I both know that is short lived, and you’re now walking back to the car for the second chair. On the patio or a quick drop I am using the GCI Outdoor Rocker. It’s also a pain in the butt to carry. But - no bag, quick setup, quick breakdown, and it’s a rocker. It’s as, if not more comfortable. However - It’s less easily transported. This is a 4.8 out of 5. But not a 5.
SIMPLY THE BEST!
This chair is simply the best! If you're tired of the spindly plastic legs folding up as soon as you twist in the chair a few times then this chair is for you. This chair is BUILT! The largest diameter steel legs on the market. I'm a big guy (6"3", 250lbs) so the roomy quilted, cushioned back rest and seat add to this chair's comfort. At 13 lbs. this chair is heavier than others but no others compare to its sturdiness. if you can't already tell i highly recommend this product.
Sturdy
I bough this chair hoping it will last a long time. I had a blue "Big Boy" brand chair prior to this one that lasted me 16 years and hundreds of camping trips, when my friends and family went through countless lesser chairs. I couldn't find the "Big Boy" on sale anywhere, so I hope this will be a good replacement. Other reviews are right about the tightness across the front edge. They should have provided more sag in that area. As-is, the chair sits too deep in the middle and too high/tight across the front. It's not as comfortable as my old "Big Boy".
Best camp chairs we've ever had.
These chairs are the bomb. Reinforced for large people, big seat and supportive back for tall people. Two cupholders, two large pockets on the side and a mesh pocket on the back! Easy to open up, easy to close up and we love the straps on the bags for easy shoulder carry to keep your hands free. Definitely a worthwhile purchase.
[Rewarded Review] Roomy and comfortable
Read a ridiculous amount of reviews on camp chairs of al things and landed on this one. Figured I’d have it for the next decade or two considering my old beater had lasted that long.
A Very Spacious, Durable Camp Chair
Great quality, sturdy, oversized chair. Comfortable, very spacious and more chair than needed for a 5'3 individual, and a great fit for someone 6'2 and 200 lbs+. This chair has been appreciated at the end of every day while camping.
Will never buy anything else but these. Absolutely the best camp chair I’ve ever had.
After going through a chair every summer (trying to cheap out) I finally bit the bullet and bought two of these for my husband and me. I am absolutely 100% impressed with the quality and on top of that, the comfort. The seat pan is very sturdy and doesn’t slouch like all of those other cheap chairs. The back support is incredible. The stitching makes the fabric comfortable to sit in even when wearing shorts. The other cheap chairs tend to scratch the backs of my legs. The arms are solid and the cup holders are sturdy enough to hold my large aluminum water bottle. Love the pouch on the sides. No more sticking my phone and keys in the cup holder. Highly recommended. Worth every penny and then some.
[Rewarded Review] Big fan—nice and sturdy!
I weigh about 120 lbs but I wanted to get the sturdiest chair possible. My old (generic) chair had bowing legs, and I wanted to be able to put a crate for my tiny lil' dog under my chair, but I didn't want to worry about the chair collapsing on him! After a while of testing this, it has worked so well! I can sit in this, and it's super comfy and I have zero fears of my dog being crushed.
I can finally relax in a camp chair!
Bought two of these after breaking three other brand chairs. I am impressed! Strong, sturdy, well built and SAFE to sit in for the "Big Guy". How impressed??? I bought six more! They are a little heavy to carry long distances but hold up all 320 reasons I love mine. Pounds you wonder? Yep I prefer dense lol. On the fence about buying? Don't worry these chairs won't let you down!
THE chair for the big tall guy
Anybody over 6 feet tall knows that sitting in these kinds can be annoying to get out of since you wind up sinking into them. Not this chair, it is taller than the others so you can just stand up without the whole wiggle dance you might need to do to get out of the smaller ones. It is also rated for 800lbs. I'm not 800, but I am a big guy with kids. I've had both my boys sit on my lap during a soccer tournament under a blanket and the chair didn't even squeak. It also feels like more quality construction than most chairs out there. The fabric seems to be layered and diamond stitched, so it looks nice but is also more rugged. The only downside is it costs about 10 bucks more than other chairs, but it is worth it IMO for the added strength and quality.
Great Chair
I bought this chair because it claimed to hold a ridiculous amount of weight. Which I am nowhere near. It seems like the average weight for a folding chair is around 300, which I am above. So I wanted something that I wouldn't have any worries about. It's comfortable and sturdy. Very solid chair and not heavy. So really everything is great about the chair except one thing that bothered me, the box it came in. It had smiley tape on the box. So I went over to the the big A store. Where they have everything from A~Z. And sure enough the same chair was there for around 8 bucks less. So some clever person just put a mark up from there and sold it on eBay. Kind of disappointing.
