The chairs are beautiful. I did not like that it came in two pieces and I had to screw them in myself. For that price I did not want to do any labor.

Beautiful bar stool for indoor/outdoor use! We get many compliments on the quality and decided to purchase another to add to our set. The price is on the high end but worth the quality.

The counter stools are absolutely beautiful. They arrived well packaged without any damage. My only complaint was with the customer service department. I saw conflicting reviews about whether they were fully assembled or not. I called and was told they were fully assembled and also received an email confirming they would be arriving assembled. So to my surprise they arrived in two pieces. Assembly was very easy but the information they gave was incorrect.

Poor customer service

We ordered 4 of these chairs and they were too short. I called to request a return and it was denied . I asked for an exchange and they said they would have to wait for a response from the vendor to see if it was approved. I followed up weekly without any answers. They said i could return them via fedex or ups and pay a 25% restocking fee. Ups and fedex fees were 400-600 each chair. It would cost me the same to send them back. The vendor apparently never replied about the exchange and Candance said there was nothing else they could do. They didn’t attempt to contact the vendor to follow up on an answer. For the price of these chairs and the customer service I received I would say it’s not worth it. They make it impossible to exchange. The answer I got was we don’t have to take them back they are a final sale and it’s posted. I will never buy from here again. Less

Ultimately returned these because our kitchen was not large enough for chairs so wide. However, these were great quality and very sturdy. The woven strands were thick and very luxe. We really wish we could have kept them. The HOUZZ team was great to work with to ship these back

My only issue is that one of the legs on one of the babies was uneven and wobbly. Also, the seat pads could be a little thicker for the price. Otherwise, they are stunning

This stool is lovely but has no arm support. It completely surrounds you and comforts you. It’s a bit big and bulky for my taste but it has a lovely breezy vibe so it would look good in any light and airy space. The color is taupe/white and is pretty much looks like the picture. I returned b/c a bit too bulky for our space. The one in the picture below is the grey/blue counter chair (which we also returned) but the ones that we purchased (and returned) are the taupe/white counter chairs.

Too tall, look light brown - not grey

These chairs are not what they look like online (they are a light brown with white speckles?!? ) and are too tall for my island. I am so upset I cannot return them. I asked customer service and they said no. Why?!? I will never purchase anything from Meadow Blu again. Terrible customer service. These chairs looks cheap, aren’t comfortable, are unworkable for my kitchen and all I want to do is return them.

I absolutely love these bar stools! The quality and design are superb. I get complimented every time someone comes and visits. It did take a couple of months to get delivered, but they were 100% worth the wait.

Counter stools are beautiful

Love the counter stools. They are very sturdy, comfortable and just lovely in my kitchen. I took a star off because I will most likely not use Meadow Blu again. I was able to order these stools and pay for them. I did not get any more correspondence, so I followed up with an email. When they finally got back to me, I found out they were on back order for a couple of months. I really feel that I should know that as soon as the item is in my cart. Lastly, it was $350 for shipping which is just crazy since the items were just left on my porch.

Beautiful bar stools

These stools are incredible. We absolutely love them. They took forever to ship and arrive, but the wait was worth it. They are well made and the quality is impeccable. So happy we purchased these chairs for our outdoor bar area.

What a great experience, and we love our new stools. They are perfect in our kitchen and are good quality. Delivery could not have gone smoother but the best part of our experience was customer support. We messed up something with our order and Nichelle and Nicole could not have been more helpful. Can’t wait to use Meadow Blu again!
