Do Not Buy

No assembly instructions were included with bed frame. The bed from was delivered by third party vendor, First Choice, without assembly instructions. It took two hours trying to work with Macy's customer service who would not help me. They referred me to the third party vendor who did not help me. Their solution was to tell me to search YouTube for instructions, which were not available. Very poor customer service experience.

There are bettter ones out there

Got sent the wrong color. Slats are uneven and some already have tiny cracks. Fine, I can handle these two issues. But some main pieces are drilled unevenly that they can't even be put together. Don't waste your time trying to reach out, I did twice and after the initial back and forth, they just ghost me. Finally I get ahold of Macy and they offered a refund for the return of the bed. What a waste of time.

Cheap but flawed.

It was a bit of a pain to put together - holes weren’t drilled correctly. I should have paid better attention to the product photos because there is a huge gap above the mattress to the start of the headboard that looks bad and isn’t functional. It’s not well made. I wouldn’t buy it again.

Do not buy this product - it came damage. I cannot get passed step 4 because the recieving nut in the footboard appears to be stripped Assembly instructions are POOR
