Legs fell off

I've had this bench for a few months, it was just what I was looking for, but this morning one of the legs fell off. So I examined one of the other legs to see how to put it back in, and it fell off too! Now they won't screw back in. Bad quality there. I can't return it as I don't have the packaging anymore. So now I'll have to figure out how to get the legs back in somehow.

Perfect replacement for piano bench

Perfect replacement for my piano bench. Arrived in excellent condition. Fully assembled except the feet (very easy to put on). Neutral tone blends perfectly with my decor. Can comfortable seat 2 people if needed. 18” height was the same height as original piano seat. Seat makes great storage space for piano books.

Amazing piece for price

This was so easy to put together all you had to do was screw the leg pieces in. It looks like it will hold up for a long time and seems to be good quality. I got this to store my kids toys in for the living room and there is plenty of space. I almost want to buy another one for every room of our house

I love it!

This storage bench is everything I was looking for; right height, width and color. It is also very comfortable to sit on and putting the legs on is the only assembly necessary. It looks great at the end of the bed and is a handsome addition to our bedroom decor.

Great storage bench

It’s a really nice piece of furniture. It has been a good place to put my pillows on top when I go to bed. I also use it to sit on when lounging in my room. It has really good space inside too. High quality design all around.

Super nice storage bench

This padded storage bench is so nice! Love the button tufted design on top and the fabric is very nice. Lots of storage space and high quality hinges keep lid open without holding it. Super easy assembly which is attaching the legs and that’s it. Fast shipping and it arrived in beautiful condition. It fits perfectly at the end of my twin bed. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful foot of the bed storage bench

I bought two of these benches as I have two double beds in one bedroom. Perfect size for a double bed. Also great for storing sheets and decorative pillows. Also very comfortable to sit on when putting socks and shoes on!

I like the size and shape, but the color is just not like it looks online, which I guess is what you get for buying things online. It's more cream/yellow, and not white cream. The build is solid though, and the storage is great size. Overall, it's fine.

Many storage uses

I live in a small one bedroom apartment where storage is at a premium. I bought it for sweaters but found it not deep enough (or I have too many). But I did find is perfect for extra sheets, blankets, etc. to free up previous shelf space in the linen closet. Sits at the foot of my bed plenty sturdy enough to sit on for putting on shoes & socks. Although not an exact match to my tufted buttoned headboard of similar color, it blends very well; and I'm picky ;)

High quality ottoman

I was very pleasantly surprised by this purchase. I ordered online, not knowing what to expect, and was happy when this turned out to be a fairly nice ottoman. I like the blue color very much. Arrived in a large box, with very little required assembly, just the feet had to be screwed on.

Perfect fabric and color

This arrived in a large box, well packed. Nothing was broken. It was a little heavy for one person to handle. Well made. Perfect height for the end of the bed. Easy to put the feet on. Lots of storage and the lids stays up so no smashed fingers. Decent amount of padding as well.

Totally happy

The delivery was timely, for starters! That in itself was so nice! The legs on the bench were so easy to install. The weight of the bench was easy to maneuver into place. The interior is large enough for several blankets. The only drawback I have is: I wish I had gotten it in leather, rather then linen, as my dog loves to sit on it.

I highly recommend this item without hesitation.

I am beyond thrilled with this bench. It is beautiful, opens easily, stays open without any effort, and has a large storage area. The only assembly required was putting the legs on. The fabric and color are beautiful and the price was fabulous for the quality of this item. If I had room, I would not hesitate to buy another bench.

Cute bench, minor damage

Cute bench. A little smallish (posted dimensions are correct, I just didn't realize 18 inches is not very tall). I took off one star because one corner was broken (wood smashed on the inside) so the lid was a bit crooked and 3 lid screws were not actually in the wood. It was fixable with two longer screws that stabilized broken section. There was no padding in the shipping box but not surprising at this price point. Overall, happy with the purchase.

Plenty of Storage

I bought this to solve my linens storage problem -- while they were neatly stored under the bed it was a real pain to pull them out each time I needed to change the sheets or I'd pull the one out that stores my Christmas pillows and throws. I looked at a lot of storage benches before settling on this one. This bench comes put together except for the legs which are easy to screw into the base. Set up was a breeze. It did give off a slight odor but I left the lid up overnight and the odor dissipated. The bench fits neatly at the foot of my bed. It's a nice cream color that blends in well with my drapes and the pattern in the rug. Honestly, it's not the most comfortable place to sit but I only envision sitting on it to put on or take off shoes. The top doesn't quite close completely. This isn't an issue for me but if you are storing woolens it might be a problem. And delivery was super fast -- two days before the estimated delivery date.

A versatile piece of furniture

I purchased two of these - kept one and gave the other away as a housewarming gift. Due to rough handling by the delivery service, the first bench arrived with three screws missing on one of the hinges and a small tear in one of the seams. So that is why I only gave it four stars. But I added three new screws and stitched the seam and then the bench was fine. The second one arrived in perfect condition and was well received as a gift. The bench is so versatile and offers lots of storage. I use mine at the foot of the bed to hold extra blankets. My in-laws used theirs as a coffee table in the living room by adding a small tray on it. It also works as a foot stool or for extra seating when company comes. The color is gray but it has a blue tone to it, the shade is subtle and the design blends well with many types of decor.

Nice piece of furniture.

Very nice. It arrived quickly. The corners near the legs were a bit "bent" but nothing to terrible that would require return. We wish the top hinges were painted the same color as the ottoman. The brass color sure stands out like a sore thumb. We will paint ourselves to make the piece look more cohesive. Love the storage capacity and size. Not to small not to big.

Nice bench for the money

Nice quality bench. I purchased this bench to put at the end of my queen size bed to store bedding and be to sit on to take shoes off and on. The bench looks nice, is comfy and serves its purpose. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the side of the bench had a staple sticking out that could not be removed easily as it came from the inside between the lining and the board. My husband had to cut the staple from the outside in an attempt to not mar the fabric. Other than that, no complaints.

sturdy bench, great storage and true blue

There isn't a lot of padding in this package, so when the box came ripped and damaged, it had damaged the lid of this storage bench. Overstock customer service was amazing and sent me a replacement and I love it! I don't think the photo shows the blue well of this bench, it's subtle, but definitely more blue than the photo shows, which is what I wanted since my other living room chairs are navy. The photos here make it look more grey to me. I used it to store DVDs and board games for the family, and it's a great window bench/extra seating for family movie nights.

Great quality, comfort and value!

I really love this bench! It looks great and it’s surprisingly comfortable! It has a nice dense foam that feels like it will hold up very well over time. I also appreciate that the lid stays open so you can put things in without needing to hold it up yourself. The colour is a light grey with a very slight warm tone, so it blends well with any neutral decor colours. Now we have a nice place to sit by our bedroom window! Perfect height to sit on. The wood feet were the only things to assemble and no tools are needed. Very easy! And they cone with felt on the bottom so tjeu won’t scratch wood floors. The fabric has a chenille type of texture, soft, but also feels durable. I’m very happy with this purchase! It makes our bedroom look much more stylish without breaking the bank. I searched all the furniture stores around me and none of them carry this style of bench at this price point. Nothing that even looked anything close to this one. The only problem was that since I live in Canada, the online tracking system was not accurate. The UPS system stops at the border then they switch to a different carrier and they did not provide a tracking link for the Canadian one, which ended up being Canada Post. I wasn’t home when it was delivered, so I had to go with my husband and a big car to pick it up at the post office.
