Exactly as expected

Height, size, style exactly as expected. Fits perfectly at the bottom of my bed and easily holds 3 king sized sheet sets.

Functions well

We used it at the foot of our bed to store blankets and sheets. It's smaller than we thought but that's our mistake for not reading the dimensions. Works well as a place to sit down and put my boots on.

Beautiful

I like this a lot however it’s very easy to get super dirty. It attracts dirt like nothing else, probably because it’s velvety but still. Be warned.

Perfect for my room

This ottoman was perfect for my bed room. The color, depth, and sturdiness is great! The price was not too bad as well. The delivery was not as fast as I hoped but I glad I got it.

Baxton bench review

I was very excited to get this bench... Very handy to have the storage at the end of my bed for blankets etc., however there are sort of lines all over the top... It's very faint in the pic, but more noticeable in person... Almost dark gray colored lines. I took a picture but it's a little hard to see... Also the description said it was 16 inches high, which was already going to be a little low for me, and it's actually 15 inches. I saw where someone else on this site said they added taller legs so I will try to find out which legs they got. All in all I will keep it, but I spent a lot of time comparing measurements before deciding on this one, and it would've been nice if the product description/measurements were correct. Still a good deal.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!!!!!!

I had researched for weeks trying to find an ottoman that was the right size, color and material. This ottoman is the perfect fit for my needs! Very solid, beautiful color and the storage room is big enough to hold my extra blankets and pillows. The legs were an easy install with the proper tool included. The only suggestion I have is that the tufted top could use a little more cushion but overall, for the price and in my opinion, this is a great ottoman!

It’s Grey

The last thing anyone needs in 2021 is more grey furniture. I picked light beige and still ended up with grey furniture. It’s also a bit shorter than I was expecting but I still need to put the feet on. Came in one piece though besides the feet which was convenient.

None returnable item

Seems to be well made product. Beige color was good. Problem is make sure you want it before open & take out of box. It's a RTA item only way to know is to click on assembly required. How would one know if they like it where they planned to put it. Didn't work for my spot. Stuck with it

Be sure of color and dimensions. I purchased online, doesn't work for where I wanted to place it. Now I'm told can't return because RTA items, only way to know this is an RTA is to click on assembly required link, not mandatory to do. I opened the box to see item & placed it in room. I knew wasn't the look I wanted, BUT because I opened box I can't return. How are you going to know if like item unless box gets opened!!

High quality for the price

I was pleasantly surprised with the high quality of this ottoman. It was exactly what I was looking for! I love the amount of storage it provides and I love that the top closes slowly so that it doesn't snap shut on my children's fingers. Great product!

Okay for looks but not durability

I loved this when I first got it - the color was exactly what I wanted, and all else seemed right. But... now it’s been 6 months and the fabric isnt holding up well at all. It’s pilling badly and looks cheap and worn out already. Maybe if this just sat against the wall and we didnt actually use it, it would hold up well.

360 Degree Turn

When I told my son I was sending him an ottoman as part of his birthday presents, he was not interested and talked about putting it in the living room for his roommates. After my son received the ottoman, he made a 360 degree turn; this is what he text me: "The ottoman actually fits perfectly in my room and makes a nice footrest. I can also put my bedspread in it when I'm not sleeping.

Liked this so much, I just bought another one!! I included a picture of the faux leather, it looks nice, and the finish is "real" looking. This bench appears to be well constructed and assembling the feet is relatively easy. This bench holds extra items making a room appear less cluttered. I'm very happy with this purchase. :)

Perfect! Comes in fully assembled! Just slide ot out of the box and it is fully functional. The price was a steal! I've seen less quality for more money in my local stores. Overstock has out done themselves again. This is my second one! First one was chocolate for my room and this one is black for my daughter's room.

GREAT Storage Ottoman!

Well, I looked for *the* perfect ottoman for weeks. I searched every major furniture store, every online store and every curated website I could think of. After whittling down to dozens, then a few, I settled on this one. I got it on sale and had a great coupon to use, which was a bonus, and shipping was free. The ottoman is beautiful and so far, pretty wonderful. It's the perfect charcoal grey to match our blue/yellow/grey living room and stores a ton of my son's toys. My husband put the legs on very easily (in fact, my 2 year old helped). It holds open but the lid is very light, so even if it were to fall I wouldn't be worried about my son's fingers. I'm trying to think of all of the helpful things I've read in alll of the hundreds of reviews I've read, lol. The top doesn't open "in", rather, you'll need two inches or so of clearance behind it. The charcoal grey was true to the screen color. Delivery was fast. It was on the cheapest end so I'm not freaked out about it getting ruined right away like I would be with something more expensive or lighter in color. Once again, Target has come through with a beautiful, functional and inexpensive piece of furniture that I love! No judging the cat hair on the pics, please! Happy ottoman hunting!! * I'm only docking one star on the design because I'd LOVE if it had been one of those "zero clearance" opening storage ottoman. Luckily we have a little bit of wiggle room behind the ottoman so that it can open about 80% instead of 100%.

We love the Baxton Studio Storage Bench. We use it in the place of a coffee table which we love. It was very affordable. I love the deep storage inside the bench. It holds several throws and my laptop which makes it very accessible to people while watching TV.
