Beautiful rug. Blend of colors is subtle & overall impact is lovely. It's predominantly grey. Within a week, one of the loops had unwoven and showed what looked like a snag/tear although the rug had very little traffic at that point. It was easily fixed, but I wasn't expecting the quality to be so poor and to have to repair a new rug right away. The pile was much higher than I had imagined or wanted for our front door entrance, but it is packing/flattening down with continued use and seems to be settling into more of what I had hoped. The rug hides dirt & debris excellently. It's being used at a main front door entrance during the fall and it is making fall leaves and mess almost disappear. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase. I'm hoping that no more loops unravel.

If it's in an area with very little foot traffic, if really used for visual impact, it will be ok I think. Just not for a high traffic area, and because it's got jute fibers, it does shed a bit.

Scratchy, shedding, imperfections, and the material looks like a curly platinum blonde wig. Definitely not what I expected given the other reviews and photos. And it costs $60 to return ship :) Lesson learned...
color is WAY off
Good quality. Soft jute which is a plus. But man, color is not even close. Ordered Charcoal, and I read the reviews ahead of time. Everyone saying it's more brown and gray, maybe some blue. This rug is green. Just green. Will have to send back. Unbelievably inaccurate description and photos.

The natural fibers get on everything. Tried vacuuming, hanging outside and beating it and even tried shop vav. No use....can't give it away. All guests are covered w fibers! Embarrassing!

Rug is great in my apartment. It's the second one I've ordered. I had one in a beach house and it wore amazingly well. The 10 foot square was not a size usually available but looks perfect in my room.
I’m really happy with this rug. It is a little lighter in color than I expected with fewer brown tones than the pictures on line showed, but it looks nice with our floors so I’m happy about that. It measures 7’6” instead of 8’ which is a bummer but sadly I’m not sure any other rug would be true to size either. No noticeable odor or shedding. Overall I am pleased and would buy again.

Fun Entry Rug
The Safavieh handmade natural fiber Haven jute rug is a nice entry rug. The grey color has some turquoise and brown in it which make it interesting. I live where we have rain and snow. So far, it is holding up well at the front door.
I purchased this rug in natural. It is gorgeous and is holding up very well as has been my experience with jute rugs. They will stand up to a lot of foot traffic and still look like new a year later. I use this rug all of the time in my design projects. you can't go wrong for the price. it's easy to unroll and it looks great in many different styles!

Under no lighting is this rug charcoal...it's blue and shades of green. The quality is good- but the color is nowhere near charcoal and I will have to return it
