The console came damaged, the hardware was broke inside so my client could not assemble it. We are highly disappointed.
This console table is absolutely beautiful and boosts sophistication. It is also quite heavy and sturdy. While assembly was relatively simple, I was disappointed that it wasn’t assembled upon delivery since I paid for the white glove service.
The shipping experience was painful. Apparently it was supposed to be shipped with a special courier but it was actually shipped UPS. When it got to Chicago they refused to deliver it. And when we finally managed to get the piece, it didn't have hardware to assemble. However, the contact at Burke Decor that I spoke with regarding the missing hardware was really wonderful and we did get the hardware shipped to us a couple days later at no extra cost to us.
The console came after many months of delays. When it arrived, it was 4 wrapped pieces of wood , not even in a box, with zero hardware. The piece is now unsteady and very wobbly. I am still waiting for the correct hardware but highly unlikely to get it. For the price they are charging this is totally unacceptable.
Worst quality of furniture I have ever received. Aside from the poor packaging and shipping, the table isn’t even functioning. Came with holes in the wood, screws stripped, missing plates, and missing floor protectors over the screws. I am floored that I spent this much money to build my own worse than “ikea” quality furniture that I waited over 3 months to get in
The product came damaged and is not usable. Waiting for Burke to get back to me about replacement. Haven’t heard anything yet and it’s been a week.
Unfortunately I received the item damaged after waiting 5 months for it to delivered. Reached out to a sales associate and I am waiting to get a response from customer service on what can be done to compensate for this inconvenience. I have sent various photos of the condition.
Gorgeous piece of furniture ! It does not come assembled, so be prepared to put it together. It took us about 15 minutes. I'm using as a console by our front door and have received SO many compliments. It's a very sturdy and heavy piece. Absolutely love it - highly recommend.
