It is NOT slow rewind. It is also the smallest 5/8 diameter hose I've seen.
Had one like it, like it so much bought another one. Make using a hose so much easier. Just pull out how much hose you need use, turn water off, give it a tug and it rolls back up. Would buy again!!
Yhe hose is thinner than expected. The reel does not retract well when fully extended. It was easy to install.
So far, so good. Just installed it and it appears to come as advertised. Sturdy construction, no leaks and the hose feeds and retracts smoothly. Only time will tell how it holds up. Happy with my purchase.

We purchased the sunneday retractable garden Hose for our front yard and it's been so much easier than unwinding and rewinding a standard garden hose. when it came back in stock we bought another for the backyard.

I ordered on line, ship and arrived as promised. I have vinyl siding so I purchased a leveling block from HD, was able to drive provided bolts into the Ledger Board. 10 mins to instal, super sturdy and secure. Great product !
It didn’t retract all the way. I think it’s too heavy.

This is a great product, easy to operate, rolls hose in all the way to problem. It looks very nice on the house wall too, other hose reels can look tacky and like cheap plastic.
Yes, this one is much better. I just hope the lighter weight hose last a long time!
Have only had it for a few weeks but it is working as advertised. Like that it is off the ground and swivels out of the way when not in use. I mounted to a 2x6 post, not my house, with no problems. It weighs about 30 lbs so however you mount it make certain it is solid.
Very well made. This hose reel is sturdy and works smoothly. We are very pleased with this purchase.
