Great choice for a pretty finish to the bed
Nice finish. Good quality
Damaged Quilt.
The quilt came damaged. There’s an orange spot on it. I have guests coming and I won’t be able to use it. Very disappointing.

Item was never received
According to Macy's, this item was shipped, but we had not received the item. We were out of town and when we came back despite the fact there was an email notification that the item had been delivered, the item was not there. Macy's refuses to replace or credit my account, even though I am Gold member customer with no such experience within the past 20 years. Instead of dropping the item and leaving it behind the door, Macy's should have asked for signature upon delivery in order to protect their customers. Consumers should not be penalized for items that they have not received. My account is now delinquent due to Macy's bad business practice. I have contacted Macy's customer service both via phone and Chat, but they were unable to assist. I am very disappointed with such a poor service. There is no escalation process or number for such a large organization.

This is so nice! it felt so luxurious and hung beautifully. Unfortunately, the color didn't work for me so I have to return it. It was too creamy. I would recommend it though.
