I love this duvet cover now that I have it. However, it took over 5 months for it to arrive, and it was very difficult to get status updates on the order during that time.

Terrible Customer Service

I placed several orders. due to long shipping I attempted to cancel. when that was not fruitful due to no response I requested several return shipping labels. It has been almost 2 weeks and have not heard from customer service. Free returns is non existent if there is no customer service to offer return labels. Really really dissapointed. More stress than it is worth. Just order directly through merchant

Miserable experience with this company. Only shipped partial order and will not even respond to multiple phone calls and emails. Paid full price - received half the order.

I love the duvet. I ordered a king size and received a queen. I received all the pillows and shamsbut my bed is still not complete. I am not happy with the return department. I have made several calls, numerous emails, no one responding back. Finally, I called again and was able to talk to a person. They claim that the return is being processed but I have not heard back. All I want is my king duvet and I'll be a happy customer.
