Patio rug arrived damages two times
This is the second order for the same rug. The first rug arrived damaged so I returned to the store and reordered. This rug arrived damaged in the same exact location. I believe it is a manufacturing defect since both rugs had the same issue. I am returning this one as well and will look for a different option.
Terrible quality
These rugs are terrible! I bought 2 9x12 had cuts in them and binding coming apart. They replaced them no problem. Replacement came in cuts on them also. I repaired my self as I was in a bind. Poor quality

I needed a good quality, low profile rug for my front entrance. I like the design and the texture of the rug. I thought I would need a rubber backing, but because the rug is so large, it stays in place. I have a lot of traffic and varied weather conditions; snow, rain, dust, and dirt from my family and dog. So far it is held up to the traffic without any signs of wear.
Color is off
Seems to be good quality, but the color for the grey is way off!!
