Worst place to buy furniture
Sofa is beautiful and comfortable. Wayfair was just exceedingly flexible with delivery and very helpful which I am quite thankful for. This is more of a sitting sofa than a laying sofa - it’s most comfortable seated. Velvet is very soft and wears nicely so far. Very sturdy and solid construction. Feels well made for a big guy like me.
Oh this sofa is very pretty and modern!
While the sofa is lovely, the delivery was awful. Four times my client had to wait for it to be delivered. There was always an excuse. On the 5th try, they just left it in the lobby. I had to find a moving company that could bring it up to my 83 year old stressed out client. I ended up paying 400 in moving costs. I will be asking wayfair to reimburse me. Plus there were damages on this beautiful piece and it’s white so it shows. Very disappointed!
