I loved this, I had some issues with the bar but they sent me a brand new replacement for the headboard and response times were great. I read some negative reviews about customer service but to be honest my experience was more than avarage and they were very accommodating. The unique style of these is what really got me. super comfy.

Nice headboards! Purchased to suspend from my steel framed room & board bed. The strap image on this site shows Velcro attachments, but alas mine are black snaps on straps.

I had a hard time finding a headband I liked that was compatible with my bed frame. This one it attached to the wall allowing adjustments necessary for bed type. Installation took time and two people to get right - but I really love the look of this piece!
