Such a beautiful item extremely comfortable, and will meet. Fits in perfectly in my bedroom and is not only beautiful, but is very cosy to sleep in at night. Was delivered earlier than expected. Always happy with my purchases and this one is no different. Thank you very much.

Pretty comforter but not very warm

This comforter is very pretty as shown in the pictures. But it is thin and too expensive at this price. The filling is unevenly spread inside. It is not very warm so not suitable for colder climates.

Really beautiful pattern that looks exactly like the photo. Duvet ties inside work well. All the button closures are sewed on well. Good quality cotton cover.

Although it is beautiful and exactly what I want it is so cheaply made, I can't believe I am keeping it a- because I washed it to put it on my bed and B because my return window closed.

Well, since you asked my opinion, I will give you an honest one! First, this is a very pretty set and looks very nice in my bedroom. That is the only reason I am keeping it.

This comforter set was exactly what I was looking for for our guest bedroom. It is excellent quality and very comfortable. The blues are beautiful and the bed is now the centerpiece of the room. I would definitely recommend this set.

not big enough

If you have anything over a 10 inch mattress this will not cover your bed. We have taking and it looks ridiculously small on our bed. It is pretty, wash on gentle and line dry. I mad the mistake of putting in the dryer and the batting clumped up on it it on the first time wash. Pretty colors, but disappointing in size.

Beautiful

Beautiful pattern with a nice contrast between the blue and white... They really chose a beautiful blue for this. It's a nice weight for most seasons and shouldn't have any problem keeping you warm in the winter. The only thing I don't like is not being able to buy anything else to match the pattern such as curtains.

Beautiful comforter set. Well made, great material in comforter, shams and bed skirt. Lots brighter and warmer than our old set. I just had to iron the skirt and shams and steam the comforter. Looks wonderful.

Laura Ashley Charlotte Comforter set

This comforter set is very poor quality. The material has a scratchy feel and is not 100% cotton as advertised. The comforter filling is lumpy in some places and non existent in others. The bed skirt material is rougher and more scratchier than the comforter. This is not the usual quality product that Laura Ashley manufacturers. The only good thing is the design; it is very pretty and colorful.

Excellent construction with plump filling and heavy weight. Not the softest hand but not rough either. Comforter and shams washed well on delicatecold (I have an extra large capacity washer). Only drawback is the size- it barely covers a queen mattress across the top and down both sides. It is a queen, not Fullqueen. If you have an oversized mattress or thick mattress topper it may not be large enough. Read the dimensions carefully and consider sizing up. The queen size fit my full mattress beautifully.

you can not put a sheet, pillow case or comforter on a bed unless you wash it. I bought this because it was supposedly a good brand, supposedly bigger than other queen size comforters (I have a high mattress so I needed a little wider to make it fall correctly) I checked the measurements when it came, I tried it on the mattress and it was fine. BUT it is 100% cotton on the outside. (Which I wanted ) I washed it in cold water, I dried as instructed on package and comforter on air fluff and it shrunk so much I could see 2inches of mattress on all three exposed sides. I was also very disappointed in the quality of the fabric. It was thin and the print was really cheap looking when I opened it. I took it back and will not buy this brand again. I guess it has been many years since I had purchased a Laura Ashley brand product. Whoever is owning the company or Brand name is ruining it. It sure is not the symbol of quality that it used to be In my opinion. Never again...at approx. $300 it should not have shrunk like that.

Poor quality

Very pretty, but very poor quality. The material is very thin and wrinkles easily. As I was making the bed today, I pulled lightly on the comforter to straighten it and the material tore. Not on a seam but in the middle of the comforter. It has never been washed and has only been on my bed for a month. Oh how I miss the quality fabrics of years ago. Talk about fast fashion - one month!

Too short! Buy the king size if you have a

Average product for an average price. Short Short Short! Bought queen-size comforter for queen-size mattress 60"x80" 14" deep, the comforter is sized for a full-size mattress. Please stop using patterns from 50 years ago! Nobody makes 8" thick mattresses anymore. Buy the king size if you have a queen sized mattress

Very nice set, exactly as pictured. Looks great on king size bed. The bed skirt is nice cotton and looks great; the center part that fits under the mattress is made of pelon, a pressed or woven cotton which may not be as durable as actual fabric, but I don't think it will be a problem. I got the Charlotte square cotton pillow and the European square shams, which seemed pricey, but are very nice as they are not just printed, but have actual embroidery that really stands out.

Really disappointed

Had to return this twice. We originally bought a queen ( for a queen bed) but is was ridiculously too small. We had to get the king, which meant paying for a dust ruffle and shams we could use. You can't buy those separately either. The comforter was so pretty I decided to buy one king pillo and euro shams and a decorative throw pillow to make up for not having queen shams. It really looked pretty. We tried sleeping on it for two nights. The fabric was scratchy and my husband and I were both very uncomfortable. Typically I like piles of blankets and I dont get hot, but this just doesn't breath. I literally got no sleep the second night and it ended up on the floor. When I returned the first one I was told I could oly get store credit so I bought the King through this site. Mistake. When I called to return the second one the agent said he had no idea why I was told that and I could get a refund. I spent many hours looking for something this prettty because it really is stunning. We bought a beautiful canopy bed on this site for our new home and it looked amazing. I couldn't find anything else I liked so much but there was no sleeping with this. As we packed it up I noticed it was cotton and machine washable so I decided to give it one more try. I washed it. It completey FELL APART. All of the stuffing is all over and it is shredded. I have a brand new LG huge washer and have washed all of our other bedding and dog beds with no problem. This was just made very poorly. I called and I was very nicely told not to send it back and i would get a refund. Instead I got an in store credit. NOT HAPPY. I have other Laura Ashley products. My daughters bedding is 10 years old and still lovely. This is not the quality I expect especially for what this cost. The other issue, that you can't buy a queen that fits a queen and you can't buy the shams and skirt separately is also a major issue that needs to be addressed by bedding manufacturers in generally.

It is ok. Been looking at this for about a year but price was a deterrent. Finally purchased on sale. The material is a little thin, hopefully it will hold up to washings. It is like one large printed panel. The inside ties are satin ribbons so hopefully will stay tied. Online picture is better than reality. Glad I didn't pay full price. It will do for now.

I had a similar version of this duvet set but it got ruined. I was so happy when I found this alternative. Everything in my room already matched the previous comforter, so I definitely needed something very similar. The flowers are a very bright blue. It’s beautiful. The only negative was it felt a little rough but I added fabric softener when I washed it and it’s much softer now. It has four ties to keep the duvet in place. I would recommend this to anyone looking to add something beautiful to their bedroom.

The Duvet cover was OK, but the packaging needs much to be desired. This is the third product that I have received from Wayfair with improper packaging. Think this Duvet Cover had been returned as it did not come in a plastic bag, other than the dirty shipping envelope. Also it had been refolded and the cardboard between the layers was ratty and the description cardboard was just tossed in loosely. Very disappointed in the recent shipping and packaging of my purchases. On the good side the duvet was in decent condition.

This is a beautiful comforter set. It came with everything you needed - comforter, bed skirt, and two shams (king size). The colors are as pictured. It is a crisp white with a blue pattern. Unfortunately I had to return it because it was a heavier-weight comforter and for some reason hubby thought we were getting a light to medium-weight quilt . We live in Florida so he thought it would be too heavy. If not for that I definitely would have kept it.
