Beautiful, well made heavy bed. However not white glove service, just “delivered and put together but my husband had to tighten everything as the crew did not even have proper tools. Whomever Wayfair has contracted with doesn’t even provide the crew with tools (other than a drill), no lift on truck so one person has to slide the box off the truck while the other one had to receive it. This furniture is extremely heavy. They unpacked in the room, sliding “heavy” furniture out of the box scratching my new hardwood flooring just installed the day prior. Took away packing but left residual trash. I had to ask they put the boxes on the contractor paper to open rather than on my new floor. Not sure they were happy as it meant they had to carry it about an extra 5-10 feet. I get it was heavy but then deliver should ensure these poor employees have moving straps, proper equipment and proper tools.Charge more for “white glove” but then make it white glove and don’t put delivery team at risk and train as to not damage someone’s home. Less

Very heavy, high quality bed. Took a while to get it delivered but it was well worth the wait and money. You get what you pay for was true with this expensive purchase!
