Beautiful, well made heavy bed. However not white glove service, just “delivered and put together but my husband had to tighten everything as the crew did not even have proper tools. Whomever Wayfair has contracted with doesn’t even provide the crew with tools (other than a drill), no lift on truck so one person has to slide the box off the truck while the other one had to receive it. This furniture is extremely heavy. They unpacked in the room, sliding “heavy” furniture out of the box scratching my new hardwood flooring just installed the day prior. Took away packing but left residual trash. I had to ask they put the boxes on the contractor paper to open rather than on my new floor. Not sure they were happy as it meant they had to carry it about an extra 5-10 feet. I get it was heavy but then deliver should ensure these poor employees have moving straps, proper equipment and proper tools.

Very heavy, high quality bed. Took a while to get it delivered but it was well worth the wait and money. You get what you pay for was true with this expensive purchase!

Heavy duty and beautiful

Wonderful piece of furniture. It wasnt easy to put together and we actually broke the footboard. The corner piece split. I got some gorilla wood glue and got it fixed up.

I can’t even tell you all the great things I love about this bed. But here’s a few. Solid wood! Beautiful wood stain, color, and perfect amount of distressing. The shipping was quick and it was so easy to put together. I get so many compliments on the absolute beauty of this bed.

This is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL bed. It is very heavy and of excellent quality. It really is a showstopper. It was quite a bit larger in stature than I expected and happy I order the assembly as they dollied the heavy 4 boxed on. The headboard is 6’ high but absolutely exquisite. The cushion on it is thick and very well made. My favorite piece I’ve ordered from JM worth the cost
