Very bad

First the mixer will break, then the shredder and then the blender. And all this began to happen after 2 months of rare use. And you can’t return it after 30 days. Terrible quality. Look for another one

Does not lock very well, as you’re using it loosens. You can use an up and down motion but when going in circular motion if food is thick it loosens

Good pick up for the kitchen

Shipped on time, price was better than I have found at the brick & mortar stores. Easy to assembly compact & nice fit in your hands. It will replace the small Majic bullet I use now on most jobs.

Not as I expected

The box arrived pretty banged up and worn, wasn't sure if it was a prior return but the contents looked unused. It didn't work well to cream my cream cheese, the wand detaches from the base with the slightly twist, it doesn't lock in persay, so that is definitely a concern. I'll try it on a smoothie and if it detaches again, it's definitely getting returned.

Poorly designed and manufactured

Nothing about this handheld blender is heavy duty. I received in the mail today tried to put it together but the parts don’t connect as intended. The motor connector has a rectangular adapter however, the wands have a square male adapter. Impossible to insert a square into a rectangle

Love this thing

I've always wanted an immersion blender and this thing is awesome. I've had it a few weeks and I love it. It seems a bit loud but it's a blender so makes sense, not as loud as a normal blender. And all the extra attachments are awesome. Def worth the price IMO

easy blender

I'm amazed how well this mixer works. I like to blend my oats in the morning. also, the whisk is my favorite for eggs and pancakes. Easy to clean.

Does a super job.

All the attachments you need to be an at home Chef. I love that the blade part of the Immersion blender detach from the motor part; it makes for safe and easy clean-up. The unit/motor will definitely last longer without being subject to water. Buy it, you'll be happy you did.

A loud blender with many accessories

I bought this hand mixer because of the high wattage and many accessories it had compared to others available. It works well. It is constructed with slightly lesser quality materials that my Br**n brand stick blender. It is also very loud when compared to my other blender.

So far so good! For the price, the number of attachments makes this a good buy. The quality is pretty good, although the whisk attachment is a bit flimsy. I recommend you avoid using it for anything other than eggs or thin liquid. The bowl attachment is a nice addition. I'm happy with this immersion hand blender.

Great if didn’t break

Love this, except for the little connector piece that breaks making it useless. The company has been great replacing broken units, but I’m now on my third, a friend their second, in less than a year. Poor engineering in an era of waste.

Small adapter part that breaks

It is great until the small adapter part breaks. It is made of a very bad plastic. The first one I bought lasted a month, the second already came broken. I am asking for a refund now. So I am thinking of having this piece made in stainless steel, because I have all the accessories and the motor is new. But useless as this little adapter part connects the motor to the accessories. I dont understand how a great product like this, would have such a flaw and no one has complained, or the manufacturer has done nothing to improve this.

Overheated

As I was Using the equipment, the handle part got extremely hot. I couldn't hold it. it took less then 3 minutes for it to overheat. I let it cool down after 25 minutes only to use it for another 3 minute. The product is extremely sensitive.

Very sturdy hand-mixer with lots of tools!

So many tools included in this quality product and at a very low price. My favorite (aside from the quiet/sturdy hand mixer itself) was the measuring cup. Customer service was too notch too! I would highly recommend it if one is on the decisive fence.

Great price, versatile, well made, trendy looking.

My wife used it straight away to make soup in our crockpot, the silicon protection on the wands is very helpful to not scratch up our pots and pans. Very easy and straight forward to use. Doesn't feel cheap. Versatile. Plug in and go!
