Thick, durable

I like this rug for how durable it seems. It's a 100% wool closed loop pile with a thick well-made backing. Vacuuming it with even an aggressive beater brush causes no damage and no excessive loose fuzz. It's fairly heavy, and lays flat.

Not a deep brown as pictured

This rug is made from 100% wool. It is sewn very well. It is extremely soft to walk or lay on. The welding / edging is sewn tight to keep it from fraying. It didn't move around on my hardwood flooring because I had put a thin pad underneath it which can be obtained at home depot. As you can see from the photo, the rug is much lighter than the advertised picture of it. I wanted a darker version of this rug, so now I'll use it somewhere else in my house, like in a bedroom. It doesn't come with an instructions pamphlet but the ad says to vacuum regularly, spot clean and professional cleaning is recommended. It comes with a 60 warranty.
