Broken Upon Arrival

The pallet and the 237 lb BOX were left OUTSIDE my door after the driver rang the doorbell and drove off. Once we got it inside, I realized several of the chairs were broken! Now I have to figure out a way to return all 8000s pieces in order to get a refund. This is so disappointing.

Bad experience

It took 3 days to assemble, 2 chairs are defective. Delivery left outside for 2 days 2 buildings away. Never again!!!

Uneven chairs

I usually purchase furniture only when I see it in person. I was pleased with the table, but two of the six chairs were uneven. They are fixable, but being brand new furniture, I shouldn't have to do anything.

3 days after assembling this one of the chairs broke.

Poorly packaged. Reckless shippers.

The table set looks nice and chairs are comfortable but only 1 does not wobble. Major issues with shipping company used. The company forgot to put the box on the truck the first day it was supposed to come. The next day it did arrive and the box was in terrible conduction. Chair legs snapped and only the table and two chairs were able to be kept. They shipped another complete table set a week later in another very damaged box but we were able to piece together a complete set with the least damaged pieces. The person that delivered left trash from the box blow away and walk right past it without picking it up. When trying to have the damaged pieces picked up for return, the company did not come even though we called them to confirm the pickup was scheduled. While the set looks nice it is not worth the hassle and having to accept that you won’t get pieces in a new undamaged condition.

Just what I needed and at a great price$ ! This is just what I wanted for my small kitchen and it still seats six. The fact that the delivery guys built it was a huge bonus; it would of taken me 5 times longer to assemble myself, and I am quite handy!

I set this dining room in my kitchen and use it daily. The table is a little on the narrow side but I love it because it's not too bulky or taking up a lot of space.

The table and chairs are very nice especially for the price. Dry nice addition that they were delivered and assembled. Chairs are a bit wobbly but you can't beat the price.
