Don't Waste Your Money

Worst office furniture purchase I have ever made. The finish on the 'wood' chips off if you even look at it wrong and leaves white patches. Lasted less than six months with minimal use before I couldn't bear how bad they looked and hauled them off

Impossible to put together!

I REALLY wanted to love this chair -- but the various connection points did not align so instead of easily sliding together without tools (as advertised) it was impossible to put together. Literally. I had two different carpenters try, as well. Watch out for manufacturing defects!

Overall satisfied

Pretty simple to assemble, nice looking chair, comfortable and sturdy. The finish could be a little better, there are a couple places where it’s pretty sloppy but not that visible.

quality is excellent; very happy with the chair. Overstock is excellent; our first order was damaged in transit; we complained and we immediately received a replacement.

Sturdy and classy

Purchased a few of these for my work office. They were very easy to put together and are very sturdy. They are also very classy looking.

Really comfortable!

Went together in about 5 minutes. Haven't had them too long, to not sure on how they'll hold up but they look really nice!

Nice Chairs, Awful Quality Control

These chairs are very nice looking and (somewhat) comfortable. They suit my office waiting room purposes well. HOWEVER. I bought 2. One is great. The other.... EXTREMELY crooked. Overstock sent me a new one. It was worse! The problem is in the way they assemble. There are metal grooves that slide together. It's a cool design, really. The problem is... when they are assembled those grooves need to be attached with some precision or else they can't be assembled without being crooked. You can clearly see on the seat where the grooves are off. Overstock has been great in sending replacements, etc... I'm still waiting on a new seat so that I can have my second chair put together. So while the replacement policy and communication has been great and I like the chairs it has been a huge hassle and I still only have one chair. I'm also a bit concerned that this is going to continue. Less
