Good value

The chair is comfortable and I believe will be durable. The first chair arrived with damaged wood but customer service was excellent and sent a replacement quickly.

I purchased around twenty of the Clay Adler home swiftwater guest chairs for our medical practice. They were very easy to assembly, in fact I put together most with out a second set of hands. I am disappointed with the finish. The wood grain seems to be painted on, and easily rubbs off.

I ordered two of these chairs. When they arrived one was broken, but the company was quick to send another. Unfortunately it was the wrong color. They quickly corrected the mistake and I ended up ordering two additional chairs for my office. They look good and they make comfortable guest chairs.

Bulky but sturdy

I ordered these chairs to match with my Bestar Manhattan desk which was Bordeaux and graphite color. This chair matches with it like they are pieces of the same set. I need to put a plastic mat under so moving them would be easy. Otherwise, it might hurt the legs if we pull and push too much.

I should know better

I should know by now that you get what you pay for. Just front the money, buy HON and be done for years. These look fine coming out of the box, but they are less comfortable than my old HON ones and the finish on the wood started to chip off the minute I opened them. The wood is something light and easily dented and shredded. They may last a year in my waiting room....maybe.
