Excellent! The perfect fit for our living space

Just what I needed for my wall in the living room. Plan to put a mantle above to finish it off. Love the color of the flames and being able to see them on the side as well.

Just Beautiful

I was worried that I would be able to hang this fireplace and use a standard outlet. The outlet this is plugged into is on the same breaker as my tv, sono speaker and several outlets. My electrician tested all outlets and found that it would be just below limit for tripping the breaker. Since I had a little bit of leeway, I decided to try and I have had absolutely no problem with tripping the breaker and I run the heater at the lowest setting and visual effects for hours.

The heater does not work well. You only feel heat when you standing beside it. Does not warm the room. Will have to buy another fireplace.

Loving My New Fireplace

The build and ambiance the Chesmont provides is EXCELLENT! It added the last touch I was looking for in my bedroom. The pictures speak for themselves. Customer service was AMAZING from start (Whitney) to Support (Kevin) to finish (Evan). This product AND company are A-1! I will not hesitate to do business with them again in the future!

Overall great product

Realistic very nice speak to the product. We just wish there was more room at the bottom so you can plug in and cover the plug to avoid a direct connection. Love it besides that minor thing!

Just as advertised

This sits on the floor of our porch very stable. Already had Tuya app installed so wifi set up was easy.

Beautiful Addition

This fireplace is a beautiful addition to any room. When I built my house I had a choice to have a fireplace installed. I paid $5,000 for a mantel fireplace and let me tell you this one from touchstone outshines it. The beautiful white casing along with the vibrant colors of the flames are breathtaking. Definitely get the bundle because the sound of the flames are realistic.

Overall pretty good. It’s beautiful and does what I expected such creating a nice ambiance for my living room. The only drawback is the the sound it’s louder than I expected. Rattles…

Easy installation

Easy installation and unit looks nice wall mounted. Hasn’t been cold enough to use the heater.
