It is not 100 percent leather. It is 50 percent leather. Its back side is cloth.

Edges do not look like the Pictures
It was nice but I thought it would have a scalloped look like it does in the picture, which would make it unique. It does not; it's basically a square piece of leather. One of the 2 covers had stitching that was coming out. For those 2 reasons, I returned them.
Not at all impressed with the thickness of this pillow. Loved the feel of the supple leather. I did not notice in the pictures however, that the backside is not leather as well. It is just a fabric material. Nevertheless, it is not near as fluffy as the picture shows it to be. Not worth 100 IMHO.
