Complicated order fulfillment process.
Ordered 2 chairs on a single order. Yet they were shipped a day apart from 2 different states. This was the first red flag. They both arrived to my home on the same day, both delivered by FEDEX. Immediately both shipping boxes were of a different size. Open the boxes and disappointingly they were each different colors. One was champagne as ordered the other was ivory. The packaging listed both as champagne. Decided to return both. Didn’t want to chance them sending another ivory chair. The Walmart app would only allow one to be returned in-store, forcing me to return the 2nd chair by mail. When I returned the 1 chair in-store, the associate forced me to repackage the chair myself, with no assistance. She stated FedEx wouldn’t rebox it and clearly neither would they. I realize most of my issue is with Walmart’s service. However, when a customer orders multiple and there’s been a slight product change, like fabric color, fulfill the quantity together to insure the customer gets what was ordered.

Not only are these chairs flattering, they are very comfortable! The chairs arrived packaged well and in no way damaged. I was very pleased with this order.

Love this chair. It is as described (silver, not gray) and completed my sitting area perfectly. My only complaint is that it was missing two of the twelve screws needed for the legs… solved by a trip to the ****.

Wanted to love this but now working with the manufacturer and Home Depot on possible return. The chair is now lob sided even though it’s had very minimal use

Wanted to really love this chair, but unfortunately I purchased two and both are now uneven after less than a month (mind you, we also very rarely use these). Would not recommend!
BUY THIS CHAIR! You wont' be disappointed.
Smart, Elegant and sturdy chair. Well worth the price. It is way more comfortable than I was expecting and so simple to assemble. Highly recommend this chair.
