Buyer Beware

Buyers beware! Only buy if it's on sale. One of the two came damaged (wood legs had damage). The replacement process was so smooth and staff was so nice about everything. Great job on customer service! Replacement came with damaged legs again and I'll just fix myself at this point. I had to use a lot of force to attach the bracket on the bottom that supports the legs. I recommend putting the legs and bottom bracket together first, then attaching the square metal plate to the seat of the chair, then attach the legs to the bottom of the seat. It's comfy, but I recommend paying under $100 for it since multiple orders came with flawed legs. I recommend they discontinue selling this chair, because it does not reflect well on the Raymour and Flannigan brand. It's not high quality.

I love that this item came super fast, despite super long wait times at other retailers. The photos were definitely representative of what it looked like in real life. The stools are sturdy, good looking, and very easy to clean. I'd definitely order from here again.

Pre-Drilled Holes Incorrectly Placed

The parts did not line up on this and I had to return it. Pre-drilled holes were not in the correct spots.

Beautiful chairs and comfy! I love the style and they look great in my kitchen. One of the stools was missing a piece but overstock was amazing to work with get it replaced! Customer service was the best, with daily follow up on the status of the missing part.

Easy to assemble. Comfortable to sit on and nice looking. First saw these elsewhere but when I was ready to order they were no longer available from that site. A quick search found them available at Home Depot. Ordered 3 and receive them in about a week.

Overall very "meh." They are true to the picture, and the padded seats are comfortable. Wish they swiveled, as they are difficult to pull in and out from the counter (especially for our 8-year-old.). My husband is very handy and he had no problem assembling them but the legs are not even so you get a tipping action. Overall, I would say they are not worth the cost. Also--kind of funny that I tried to cancel the order a day after placing it and lo and behold, they shipped REALLY fast. It was almost like requesting a cancel expedited the order so I would have to pay for return shipping. They'll do, but don't love them.

Comfortable!

Nice looking chairs and very comfortable. The quality is not very high-end and there were some small scratches and gouges on the legs when we unpacked them. Fairly easy to assemble. I'd recommend them, keeping the above comments in mind.

Nice stools

I ultimately sent these back but they are nice. I wanted a full back where these are more mid-back. I also thought the quality wasn’t quite what I hope for - some flaws - but if this is the style you are looking for these are A good choice.

These chairs are great. I ordered 3 for my bar. The bottom is substantial and heavy but they are not super tall and don’t take up too much space. Perfect for my bar. Color is a deep orange.

Very Pleased with this purchase. They weren't overly expensive price per chair. Noticeable quality control issues with wood scratches from holes drilled and finishing details at factory. The imperfections noticed under closer longer inspection, can be overlooked at this discount, nothing blatantly obviously wrong at quick glances. Easy to put together and stable comfortable chair. Definitely hits the mark on design and aesthetic look desired. Considering other Lumisource products for the rest of the house.

I ordered this bar stool for my kitchen island but didn't like how it looked in the space. I did not attempt to assemble it so I can't speak to the easy of assembly. The fabric had a strong chemical smell to it. I assume this would go away over time but I will be returning this item as it just didn't work for me.

Great value and nice look for these chairs, the assembly was a bit tricky as the bolt holes drilled in the legs did not quite align with the metal footrest. They did go together eventually with a bit of muscle and should be fine now that they are bolted together securely.

Great color accent to our kitchen. Comfortable and functional as well.
