Color is beautiful just what I wanted

Well made rug. I purchased a 13x15 and the base color of ivory is what I wanted to keep the room bright . The rug has 7 transition zones going from a sage-muted yellow to to the middle which has some grey, light and dark, to the other side of ivory and a honey brown, which go well with my honey brown hard wood. It is pet friendly or at least dog friendly. The description says hand-tufted but I would say it is more looped because my cats have so far on occasion used it as a scratch pad and dislodged some for the loops. A simple trim now fixes that but not something I think will survive several years if this keeps up. The description also says to use vacuum with spinner in off setting, I imagining it was on it would be doing the same thing my cats’ nails are doing. I am convinced that this rug will go very well with the grey couches I have on order from another company.

Absolutely beautiful rug! Well made -color and style are perfect for my house. Couldn’t be happier. Delivery was easy well protected with plastic so in case it was out in the rain, I have no worries.

Beautiful rug! Fantastic quality for the money! Color is brighter than I expected but I still liked the rug.

Not good

The process of buying from rugs direct was great, but this rug is not. From day one this rug has been producing a ton of fuzz, and the rug fibers are very easily pulled out. It’s just not a very good quality rug.

Santa Fe Rug

I was skeptical when unrolling the rug but it looks good with my linen curtains and furniture.

If i could leave a zero star rating I would. Rug arrived in damaged condition. Additionally, I vacuumed it for 1 hour....it kept shedding. I'm disappointed in the quality of this rug.

This rug is so beautiful when it first arrives. It looks just like the photos. However , within 2 to 3 months, it looks old and dingy. There’s several strings sticking out of it. It also sheds like crazy. It will fill up your vacuum cleaner extremely quickly, and if you lay on it, you’ll have white fuzzy all in your hair. Unless you buy the warranty, you’re just gonna have to replace it on your own dime. I would definitely stay away from it.

Sheds Terribly

Three stars, because my one star review disappeared. I don't know where all the reviews are saying that this rug sheds like crazy. The rug itself looks great, but OMG how badly this sheds. When we first got it, it was shedding so bad we had to vacuum multiple times everyday and it was completely filling the compartment. I know it says shedding is to be expected. But who'd think that 5 months later, it still sheds like crazy. The rug is in an high traffic area in our living room so when you sit on it, the fuzz immediately gets all over your clothes. We vacuum maybe once or twice a week and it still is filling up the compartment in our vacuum. Customer service doesn't help at all since it's past the 30 days. They have no solution and can't offer anything. But like I said before, who'd have known that this rug would still shed all over the place and our clothes even after 5 months? If you won't really be walking over it or spending too much time on it, sure buy it. Buyer beware where you want to place this rug.

Beautiful!

The rug is absolutely beautiful! Creamy background with several shades of blue - navy, light blue (but not a baby blue), and a little bit of greenish blue. They all blend beautifully and somehow the rug manages to not scream “I’m BLUE”! It’s pleasantly more neutral than I thought it would be. Nice quality, nice thickness, and soft to walk on. No shedding. Highly recommend.
