The rug is just as described and was packaged carefully. The colors are true to the photo and pile/material was soft as expected.

We bought this for our sons new room and it’s amazing quality. It’s not the easiest to clean though. I use a rug cleaner on it and it sheds A LOT when cleaning it. I don’t notice any shedding any other time though!

BUYER BEWARE!!! - terrible quality control and neither wayfair nor loloi will stand behind the product. My rug arrived while my renovation was ongoing and so I had it in storage and wasn’t able to open it until after wayfair’s 30 day return window. When I opened the undamaged packaging, I found multiple deep tears in the rug that were clearly introduced before the rug was packaged and shipped. I’ve contacted wayfair multiple times and I’ve contacted loloi. Wayfair insists that it has no responsibility for damage identified after 30 days. Loloi says it has no responsibility for products sold through Wayfair (and only offers a 7 day return policy for items it sells directly). For a rug as expensive as this, I would have expected someone to stand behind it, but no. Buy from Wayfair and buy loloi at your own risk. Less

As others have said, this rug sheds badly so that along with dog hair makes it look terrible and in need of vacuuming every day. We’ve had it for 1.5 months and have had at least 2 snags and fraying along the edges. Granted it is in a high traffic area with 4 people and 2 dogs but we had the same wool rug there for 10 years that showed less wear than this rug.

This is a really nice rug. But they’re definitely are some blues and purples in it. They are very subtle so I don’t mind, but I wish they were more just grey. 

I’ve used this rug in several staging jobs now and it’s always a huge hit. Def worth the money

Rug arrived with a hole in it. Was going to return it but they want to charge me $140 to send back a rug that has a hole in it!! Are you kidding me? As a Designer, I will never shop wayfair again. Literally never.

I ordered this rug for my powder room and love how it softens the room. The colors are subtle grey, sage green, and navy stripes on a cream background. The texture is berber with tight loops. I used a Wayfair rugpad to keep it in place and am very happy with my purchase!

Love this rug! Thick and feels high quality. Now only wish my cat didn’t like scratching it so much.
