Great rug. Good quality and great size for under our king bed. However, It looks very different in person than in the picture online. It has a very yellow undertone and the accent color is a true brown. In the picture it looks lighter, creamier and the accent color looks lighter and more taupe. I am very disappointed because it's we just installed under our bed and it doesn't work in our room.

Can one accurately go by colors shown online?

The rug itself is fine; however, it does not work with the carpet under it. I am finding it close to impossible to do the necessary matching of colors with the colors of rugs shown online.

I loved the rug when it came, but immediately noticed before we even vacuumed it that it sheds a lot & gets pulls in it. Which I was willing to deal with because the color and style was perfect. But now it has a hole in it the size of a quarter from one of the threads pulling out. I have only had the carpet 6 weeks and because I didn't pay for the warranty I can't return it or get any sort of refund. I feel like when you pay over $600 for a carpet it should last much longer than 6 weeks. I also want to note this was not in a high traffic area. I'm very upset and disappointed in the rug and rugs-direct.

Ordered this rug for my son’s nursery. I am obsessed with this rug. It had everything I wanted with the style and simplicity for a nursery. I also love everything CLJ! This rug does not last. It has piled so much and looks horrible. There is no way to fix the damage that has been done by just merely walking on it. I’ve had this rug for a little over 8 months and I’m already looking at trashing it. I would not recommend this rug. The entire area of the rug looks like the photos I have attached below. Super sad this didn’t work out, but wanted any future buyers to be aware that although this rug is SO SO cute, I would pass on this one. I’m very shocked with the quality, especially with the price tag. I have multiple Loloi rugs in my home and they have all stood the test of time, but not this particular style and material.

We have an active family

We have an active family so I avoid buying expensive rugs but at the same time do not want something so cheap that it falls apart or looks terrible within a few months. This rug looks so luxurious, even my husband made a comment about it. We have only had it a short time but the construction is high quality and the color is even better in person, it has more nuance and character to it than I was expecting. I will definitely be buying more rugs from Rugs Direct!

I loves it at first but within a few months the entire thing fell apart. It’s in a high traffic area and there is no rug left in many of the spots. Wish I knew it shouldn’t be used in my family room before buying. And I wish I could post pictures here so you all could see how terrible it ended up looking. So sad cuz this was such a great looking rug at first.

The customer service was extremely unhelpful. The rug sheds excessively, and over time, the design begins to wear off. When I reached out, customer service was firm about the return policy, claiming that shedding is normal for wool and considered wear and tear. They refused to waive the return fees, even after I explained that the rug was causing allergies for my 7-month-old. Additionally, the product details did not mention any wear and tear, or I would not have purchased it in the first place. I do not recommend this product and also will be thinking twice before i purchase from wayfair in the future.

Nice rug, the color is just like the picture. However it sheds A TON. I'm thinking about returning it. I already emptied my vacuum canister five times and it's still shedding (I can't sit on it in dark pants because the particles stick to me). Plus after all of the vacuuming it's starting to change the quality of the rug.

I saw an overpriced rug similar to this on a design website. This rug was half the price and looks as high quality in person. It really pulled the bedroom together and completed the expensive look I wanted but at a fraction of the cost. The corners lay flat and it’s thicker than I expected. The cream color is not too yellow or white. The gray can go a little beige in the right space and the subtle varied gray fibers blended throughout, are barely noticeable but add a subtle hint of color so it’s not just your everyday basic checkered rug.

I was told 3 days ago that you were sending replacement rug due to this discoloration around while parameter of rug. Today U had voicemail that they cannot see discoloration. Someone must be blind. I like the rug, but not happy about this issue and want replacement. I have saved my text message stating that my replacement would be arriving today. This is not good business.

This is a really nice rug. Unfortunately, my cats destroyed this. I am able to use scissors to snip off the pieces but it will never look the same. So if you have cats or maybe even dogs with nails that get caught on things etc, I would not recommend this rug. It’s hard to buy rugs online if you have cats. But this “pile” i think it’s called was too big and the way it’s woven it’s perfect for cats to dig in and pull up.

Great looking runner.

I ordered the 7’ runner and am super pleased with the plush quality and design. It does have a slight odor which I expected and it is wearing off. I did also put a rug pad under as I do all my area rugs. Very pleased with quality and look and would buy again. Highly recommend.

One of the worst rugs Ive ever bought. Smelled so bad on arrival I left it out on the porch for weeks. Its not soft at all, it has a really weird stuff, waxy kind of feel. Color is not accurate either, it has flecks of blue and purple in it. I didnt return because it seemed like a hassle but I wish I had. This rug also cleans up badly. My other wool rugs hold up beautifully to cleaning with my Little Green but not this one, it is discolored in spots where I cleaned it, which means it still looks dirty. I cant wait to replace this and throw it out.

I love this rug! It is a great neutral color that looks great, but will also help hide a little dirt if needed:) It's just the right amount of thickness too, and it doesn't look or feel "cheap". I highly recommend! The ONLY negative was how long it took to get to us, likely because of the demand because it's so great. Just note the timeline when you order. It's worth the wait!

I really love the look and feel of this rug. Perfect for a den, office, etc. It did shed a bit at first but now seems fine. It is a great neutral color but with a nice pattern that blends with most colors and upholstery.It appears to be very well made.

I really wanted to love this rug. I even bought a special vacuum that is brushless so I could vacuum the rug properly, well after less than 3 months of use it’s already coming undone. Pretty frustrating for a 300 rug. I wouldn’t recommend it since it can’t hold up well.

Follow up on rug

I really wanted to love this rug and I did at first however, it did not hold up. Strings are coming up everywhere and it looks so worn so quickly. They used my picture in the reviews and I wish they would use an updated one that I sent them. I already had to purchase a new rug and had this one less than a year. It’s beautiful though!

I love love love this rug. It’s thick and in my option doesn’t need a pad like so many rugs today do. The “ivory” has a bit more yellow undertone than creamy in my home. Still works nice!
