This order came so fast and is beautiful! One of the mugs was damaged and I used the online return process to request a replacement mug. The replacement mug arrived in less than a week after I received the initial order! Customer service was unsurpassed and I’m beyond happy with the quick resolution.

Lovely traditional set of dishes for use at Christmas time. Perfect for a small family or a couple inviting friends for dinner. Nice to have something special to decorate the Christmas table. Nice to know that if you want more, this pattern will still be around next year. Great to get them on sale.

China is very elegant. Christmas tree painting is wonderful. Trim is nice touch. Dinner plate and salad plate nice size. Mug only 9oz but nice. Very happy with the products.

The 2 sets of Christmas Spode arrived this week and were packaged VERY carefully, so no breakage. I love the details on the dinnerware set and appreciated the story of how Spode was created (written on the side of the box). The mugs are a good size and weight as well. Also, the dinnerware is dishwasher and microwave safe! Super happy to have this set for December parties.

Beautiful set, but interesting coloring

The tree is beautiful! I love the style of this set, but ended up returning because the Santa on the top of the tree and the other doll ornaments are purple. I know that’s silly- but once I noticed, I could not get past it. Also wanted a truer white background.

I had this beautiful little set, along with the matching wine glasses, to a beloved part of my extended, adopted family. It arrived just in time for Christmas Eve dinner. They were thrilled receive them and I was thrilled at the amazing sale price! I saw the table set when they called on FaceTime. It looked lovely and added a bit of cheer to what had been a pretty miserable Holiday Season for them. I was so glad to be able do that for them. Hooray for Wayfair's great merchandise, Special Sales, and delivery service!

I love this pattern (my mom had a similar pattern when I was growing up, so this reminds me of my childhood) and was thrilled when I received it. However, I just about had a panic attack when I spotted the Purolator driver on my front doorbell camera, throwing the box on my doorsteps!!! That being said, when my husband unboxed them and inspected them carefully, not a scratch was on them! They were so well packaged and protected. The set is absolutely beautiful and I am so excited to start collecting more pieces of the Christmas Tree pattern to use every Christmas for my family.
