I was very pleased with the ease of this drain. There was almost no assembly required, just simple installation. I did it by myself. I rated it a 4 because it's not the best quality but it got the job done and there's no more leaks!

The concept is good. The stopper was easy to remove to unclog, however it did not close very well and would not keep water in the sink.

Absolutely horrible. Plumber had hard time getting it installed in house that was 20 years old. installed but won't lay flat. Absolutely horrible. Was supposed to do three sinks, did one and stopped.

Did exactly what it was supposed to. Changeout and install was seamless and instructions were clear. No complaints. Price was also good

Had a minor issue-lost a little plastic part that came in package. I called PF waterworks and they couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly! Will definitely look for their products in future!!

Exactly what you need to replace old models and no tape or putty required. I bought another one from another place and it leaked right away and I had to use putty. Took the other one off and installed this one within minutes with no putty and no leaks. Great if you want to enjoy the rest of the day!

Do not buy this

Everything worked perfectly until I tried to adjust the stopper. The ball rod end would slide up and down on the stopper, making it impossible to adjust. To get the stopper to close, you have to push down on the stopper from inside the sink. Had this had a standard loop end stopper, it would have worked perfectly. Considering all the good reviews, I wonder if the one I bought was a "new and improved" version.

Should have went for one of the higher priced ones. Not the best quality, and second time I operated it the control for the stopper messed up, turns out a really thin plastic seat for the ball broke in two. What’s the odds they sell a replacement seat so you don’t have to remove the whole thing 1/2 hour after you installed it!

With the rubber washer that comes with it to sill it a small puddle of water stays in the bottom of the sink. Next time I will use plumbers putty I think it would work better.
