This set is beautiful and it’s heavy. Feels great in the hand and looks really good installed. It’s easily modified to be a shower with a hand shower diverted instead of a tub.

Was not aware that the valve was not included. Merchandise should include all components necessary for installation

Faucet looks great. Difficult to install and had issue with shower dripping when faucet turned on. Moen was no help and ended up having to purchase a $200 valve to correct problem. Still gave it four stars because it look amazing and works well now that all the problems have been fixed.

The Scratch and Dent Special Treatment!!!

Ever open up a new product and there's a red tag that reads: Before returning to store, please call us?? Not applicable here... Special ordered two of these faucet trim kits, open up the box and have damaged parts in one, missing in the other! I call Lowes, they advise me to give the manufacturer a call first since it came directly from them or their vendor. I give them a call (typically a 15 to 30 min wait hold or a callback when it's convienent for them) I end up speaking with a very nice women who helped me send some pictures of what they wanted over to them. Speak with a second women, who is also very nice and approves to have replacment parts sent out right away, I asked detailed information about where it's shipping from and when I would receive them. I had planned on finishing the project over the weekend, as this was not possible anymore no need to get too worked up, these things do happen... She let me know it was about 3 business days out, a day less than to take these back and order a new set... She apologized and I thanked her for her help. 4 days go by, 2 regular business days, and 3 of theirs... I get a call from a supervisor of Moen, starts talking about the issue and then drops a bomb on me! Not only did they not send out the part I needed, they were calling to inform me that they decided it's actually not their problem at all!!! Turns out it came from one of their vendors, not directly them so that would actually make it their vendors problem not theirs???? Wait what?????? Yeah thats right was told to bring it back to Lowes with a that's that attitude... I of course got very upset with the gentlemen I spoke with and also told him I would leave a detailed review of what happened!! This was also of no concern to him!! Unbelievable!!! How can a company like Moen make promises one day and take them back four days later at the end of the day?? Awful!!! As for the actual product itself, if it was not damaged it looked well built and designed, an aesthetically pleasing trim. I will go with Koehler from now on for all my renovations. I like them just as much but also have A+ customer service. Also a thank you to Lowes for standing behind what they sell as usual and taking them back no issue... I explained to the customer service employee what happened and he said he was surprised Moen didn't handle it!!
