Fantastic product and great customer support

I bought this rack for my laundry room for air drying clothes under a fan. It's perfect for my needs. I'm an older woman, and I put this together myself. Unfortunately, one of the shelves came bent. I called the customer service number and sent them a photo, and they shipped out a new shelf immediately. When putting it together, make sure you have the shelves and the black things they sit on in the right direction. Otherwise, it should be easy to assemble. Great product! I highly recommend it.

After assembly, I noticed that some of the metal wires were bent. I called customer service and I didn’t get any help. I don’t know what to do at this point. I already discarded the box because it was severely damaged.

Happy with this purchase. Easy to put together. Love the hooks on the end and the extra shelf on the bottom of the rack. Used this in a closet to store winter garments, and sports equipment. ie. used the hooks to hang ski poles off of. The wheels are helpful should we ever decide to more the entire rack out of the closet.

Ordered clothes racks from same manufacturer on one order, don’t understand why one rack was delivered to my home one day and the other delivered a couple days later to the store. Both should have been delivered to my home. Small inconvenience but product exceeded my expectations.

Love this! I put it together myself... I'm 74 tear old woman. It's so strong. The hooks on the end is a great feature. Rollers are high quality and so easy to manuver around. Sooo happy to have it!
