I make weekly purchases from WF for the remodeling company I work for, rarely do I have an issue. However, this time, WF totally missed the mark and have lost a customer. The kicker is............. it's all over $79.50 return shipping fee they are trying to charge me for, when it was their carrier (FedEx) that messed up. I hope that hill your CSR stood on for WF was worth the loss of this customer!

I am absolutely in love with these faucets.They’re really nice quality and look so modern!The faucet itself swivels and the knobs are so smooth when turning.Installing was relatively easy-but time consuming if you don’t know what you’re doing.In the packaging it comes with directions that vaguely get the job done but I’d you’re not familiar with what you’re looking at I think it can be kinda confusing.

We thought it was a bathroom faucet, but it's rather tall. It would make a great bar faucet! It's beautiful, clean lines, very modern. Love the single handle feature.

This WOWOW (a brand I have never heard of!) single hole, single-handle, super sleek and modern bathroom faucet is a show stopper! The matte black finish is very nice. I can’t wait to install it in my half bath (under remodel state currently).

Faucet was very durable, heavy, and would recommend for any bathroom with a deeper sink. A shallow sink it will splash out and make a bigger mess. It is easy to use with ease. It is a single hole faucet . It is very nice and makes a huge improvement in look in your home. It was easy to install it does come with everything you need to install and comes with instructions install in about 15 minutes.
