The shelves are good quality and fulfill my purpose for them. Assembly was easy. However, one of the plastic shelf liners is missing. I found this out after the entire shelving unit was assembled. Unacceptable. I am giving the product a 3 for the inconvenience it will cause me to get this part replaced.

Bought two. Only had them a few weeks. Seems like a solid product. No complaints yet. We have not overloaded them. Castors work fine. Great to be able to roll them out and clean behind.

It was missing a lower pole and called or emailed Home Depot several times and got no response
