Busted

The shower head was dented and useless on arrival. The manufacturer's box had a hole in it, but was disguised inside a fresh shipping box. Now I have to drive the worthless item to my nearest (not very near) Lowe's to get my $300 back.

Easy install. Great looks. Amazing water pressure.

It is a VERY soft, gentle rain shower head. No pressure to wash soap off your body or shampoo out of your hair. If you angle it even slightly, water doesn’t come out of the holes around the edge.

Perfect size without being over the top. Feels like a spa.

Disappointed

This shower head did not have the water pressure as advertised. I was very disappointed and I am returning it. For this price, it should have been an exceptional product.

Great design and easy installation.

The showerhead was a great design, very easy to install. However, when improvement could be adding a finished slightly, reduce fingerprints and smudge marks it seemed a little light Plastic feeling on the head.

Excellent quality. Very solid. And rain shower spray is just what we were hoping for. Also an adjustment for harder spray.

Great Showerhead!

This was a beautiful addition to my newly remodeled master bath shower. I did a lot of research on shower heads prior to picking this one and I'm so glad I did. The rain shower function is enveloping but still stronger than my prior shower head. The focused function is fantastic for rinsing hair. I love the classic design. It was well worth the money. Highly recommended shower head.

They dont make them like they used to

I bought the brushed nickle finish many years ago and i recently needed to replace it. I didn't want to spend 400 for the brushed nickel finish so i got the chrome finish. The quality wasnt what it used to be. The weight itself of the chrome was like aluminum compared to the very heavy weight it used to be. Overall the water pressure seemed to be the same and i do love the dual spray.

Nice, but not worth the money unless you have crazy high-pressure water.

I purchased this shower head after staying at a hotel that had one in my room. After installing the new head and trying it out, was really disappointed in the performance of the Moen head. It was still better than my old delta shower head, but certainly not worth the 400.00 price tag.

This showerhead is amazing. After returning two sets of high end heads by signature hardware, I'm thrilled with these. The pressure is amazing, which is impossible to find with heads this size.

Hasn’t been installed yet but is large. This is made of predominantly plastic so bummed but I know more and more plumbing parts are being made with plastic these days.

Weak Water Flow

Our plumber installed this shower head and it does not leak, or have any other such issues. We like the 8" spread of the water very much, but the water pressure is pathetic. The only saving grace is the two-function lever that decreases the surface area and increases the flow in one setting. Although better than the rain setting, this setting is still too weak. We have a water pressure booster installed for our house, but it does not help the flow from the shower head. We would take the regulator out, except that we were told that Moen is now designing the shower heads such that they will leak if the regulator is removed. This shower head looks great in our bathroom, but we are very unhappy with the water flow.
