This showerhead has more power than I expected. It can also run with the showerhead and the hand held at the same time which I didn’t realize it was going to happen and I like it. It has been wonderful for my wife who has MS and showering has been an issue.

As I remember reading in another review when shopping for my shower valve / trim kit, I agree this is not for your average DIY homeowner. Instructions (in my case) were not all there and what was there is not "step by step tutorial like" . There is an expectation you have done this kind of work before. I am not a professional plumber, but I am quite experienced in most phases of construction and have done my share of plumbing in the past. I got thru the install without incident, but took my time along the way. It does get water spots very easily. It does look very nice installed. It does work as it should.Overall I'm happy with the purchase, but I also do think you pay a premium price for what you get; There is more plastic than I expected there to be. That being said, it also didn't cost a fortune. I guess concessions have to be made to hit the price point. One odd thing (at first I thought there was something wrong with it) is after you turn the shower off it shuts off completely. Then about one minute later the shower head will drip for about 10 - 15 seconds then stops. If I were to do it all over, I'm not sure I would buy this again. It's not that it's bad or I'm unsatisfied it with it, I think I may just have had unreasonable expectations

The unit LOOKS beautiful. However, three people cannot figure out how to install it. I am importing a plumber from Louisiana to take a look at it, which will cost me more than the item. This is an advanced product that a place like Home Depot has no business selling. If this fourth person cannot install it, I'm going to try to return it, as it was around $400, which is too much to just throw away.
