As everyone else has stated the end caps are trash and don't fit properly...Save yourself the headache and some money and go with Moen that is less than half the price with a 4.5 star review. Hopefully I still have the receipt so i can return this garbage

very dissapointed. Was not steel rod as indicated in description. Light weight plastic.

The item was easy to install. It also looks great.

Not as strong as I hoped

I wanted something which screwed into the wall because friction rods weren't strong enough. I am hanging things like scuba gear (wetsuit, drysuit, BCD) and friction rods just fall.

Works Great!

I had to extend it right to 72" and it's still strong and no sag.

Cheap

This shower curtain rod is the epitome of cheapness. Its held to the wall with two tiny screws holding a very flimsy piece of plastic to support the rod. The rod itself is like a piece of rolled aluminum foil. This is the kind of quality I would expect getting from the dollar store, not a global building centre chain like Home Depot. Don't expect this to last more than a week before it comes crashing down.
