Great permanent shower bar!

Second one of these I've purchased. Very nice quality and good price. Couldn't do chin ups but the bar doesn't slip/fall like spring loaded. Love it!

Would not buy again from Ferguson.

I sent it back because it didn’t come with all the required parts. Hoping to get my money back.

Sturdy stainless steel shower rod

this is for model 2-100-5ss which is one of their HD models. seams sturdy although i havent installed it yet...it is a seamless hollow rod which is hard to tell from the picture or the abysmal description. You have to buy the flanges separately which are cheap enough. You do have to cut it to fit but not difficult to do. You can buy the adjustable flanges which allow you to forego the screw to the wall flanges if you so choose. Moen offers both on here for cheap. ( or on AMZ is you cant find here) Price is good for what you get. I paid under $30.

A shower rod

Nice, solid. I had to trim the pole several inches since it didn't fit but the old hack saw had been pretty bored. Could have used some instructions but not real complicated.

Beautiful sturdy rod and mount. Had to shorten about an inch from both ends; marked with edge of green painter's tape using several pieces to get angle exact then used cutoff wheel on angle grinder. Perfect fit!

Nice Product

Nice holder matches the other item in the bathroom. I had to cut the tube to adjust the length. overall if you pay attention to the instructions it will be a straight forward install

Ended up returning this. It was my own fault but I didn’t realize this shower rod didn’t include the flanges necessary to fasten it to the wall. Once I realized that, I tried to find them in the store (no luck, even with staff helping me) and also couldn’t find the flanges to order online.

Do not buy this item!

This has taught me to read comments before purchasing. I thought all the necessary parts came with this in order for it to be installed. I cannot return it because it is beyond the 30 days allowed.

It is a bit long so my contractor had to cut a little bit of it. However, the Moen flange does not cover the rod end where the screws shown. Contractor tried to press it but it does not work because the base shape is rectangular and the flange is round so the flange just hung on the rod loosely.

This adds shoulder room, and spouse liked it. The install is fairly easy, just make sure you accommodate for shower curtain hanger drop when installing. Also, we had to order the end mounting flanges separately. Once installed I wiped the bar down with silicone spray before use.

Yes, per the other reviews, this is just the rod, and you'll need the flange kit to complete the installation. But that's made pretty clear in the description. I have no idea why Moen opted to sell the flange separately (like you have a choice); had they just included it, I would have awarded 5 stars for the product! But even with the added cost of the flange, it's still a very inexpensive curved rod, and won't quickly rust like other low cost alternatives. Installation is straightforward and is very stable (no sagging!), and not being adjustable (these rods come in specific lengths for standard tubs) makes it smooth running.

Rod NOT satin stainless as described

Inquired via email before ordering to make sure rod and flanges were satin, was told they both were. Rod is bright shiny stainless NOT satin Would not have order this item if I was told the truth. NOT HAPPY. Not cost effective for me to return it with shipping cost, so stuck with it. Could have bought this unattractive match up locally.
