The product was just what I needed. But I thought the price was high. Nevertheless I paid it because I wanted to be sure that it was just the size I needed for the shower fixture we had installed. The cap over the screw area did not snap securely in place after installation, so we had to improvise a way to hold it.

This Wall Bracket Hand Shower holder looks great in Brushed Nickel. It works very well with all Moen handheld showers.

Overall nice looking and easy to mount. Lid hiding the screws is plastic and not well mounted, so comes off too easily.

Bracket cap

the bracket cap keeps falling out of the bracket because the cap is too loose fitting.The little extensions on the cap finnally broke off(3of them)so now the cap won't stay in place at all.The problem started on day one.

Would be nice if I was told this was going to be a used returned item! My contractor just showed me the blister pack it came in that was taped up and there's a sticker that says in small print "damaged". Paid $34.00 for nicked up nickel. Bought in October so too late to return.

Payé 45$+ tx et la semaine suivante il est affiché à 24$! Est-ce cela qu'on appel du Vol? C'est un produit en plastique de mauvaise qualité. Le bouchon de finition ne tient même pas. Déception total! J'espère qu'on pourra me rembourser?

I like this shower head holder, but the circular piece that is next to what holds the shower head in place does not stay on at all. I have had to put the little piece back in every shower and it is frustrating
