Fairly Good Quality

I included this shower door in a whole bath remodel a few years ago. My contractor attached the frame to a new pan and surround panels made by Onyx. It's classy and I like the handle that doubles as a tower bar. Two issues I learned the hard way: The doors do sway some when opening / closing, and if the joints in the frame aren't thoroughly caulked, you will get water running under the bottom frame.

It arrived 1 week late, they lost it in the store, and it came damaged. I lost hundreds of dollars over this product

Glass doors loose, shakes, need to be more tighter.

The installer was about to place the door in the frame of the shower, and while holding it with his two hands the glass suddenly exploded into thousands of little glass pieces. He was very lucky to end up with just a few cuts and scratches! We went to the store to return it and got a refund. I got $50 off a door I paid for twice the money. I honestly think that HD should have offered a better discount and for all the trouble and because we are very good customers of HD.

I hate this website and will never use them again. My order was delayed. The delivery was obnoxious. They stuck the box on the side of the garage and the box was marked fragile and had a foot print right next too it. It look like a hungry dog was trying to get into looking for food. The box was beat up so that explains why they hid it when they delivered it.

Dealing with Basco is ridiculous

I would give this door a 4 or 5 as far as ease of installation and quality for the price.

Product took forever to get here was supposed to be delivered on the 12th of February didn't get until the 23rd and when it did come it was damaged the top rail was crushed was able to use the rail from the shower I was replacing Home Depot customer service excellent however the product sat over 12 days before I got it delivered to the store

Glass doors are held by two clamps, not screw hole no the glass. Not stable.

Easy to install. Ordered this for a friend’s river house had it my garage for over a month. Loaded it up drove 4 hours to Parker az. Nothing broke or chipped. Strong packaging. Very happy easy install easy directions. Looks good.

When I picked up the merchandise from HD I was surprised in the condition of the box. I seemed like it had been thrown around, dropped, kicked, holes and, all. I was quite hesitant to take it home. The customer service agent said I didn't have to take it in that condition, but did say their receiving team did open the box to check for damage, and said they did not see any damage to glass, e.g... Long story short, I took the box in the condition it was in, I did not open the box at the store like I should have(my mistake)!!! Once I open to assemble the shower doors, I noticed that 2 of the door roller brackets were bent. I called Basco's 800 # to see if they could ship me new replacement's. They told me I couldn't order directly from them, I would have to go through HD to get the replacements. I called HD they said they couldn't order the brackets, I would have to return the whole package. I didn't want to box it all back up and, take back to the store, good thing I was able to bend them back to almost original shape. I made it work, Basco need to re think on how these brackets adhere to the door, When I took them off to straighten them there was only 3 little dabs of some kind of adhesive to grasp the glass, door kept sliding off the bracket, luckily my buddy came up with a solution to put some double sided tape to hold the glass along w/ the screws. It wasn't the best experience, but they are up and installed. They do look nice !

Glass doors shattered

Both door shattered after 2 months of use. Company replace one but after the second one broke I decided that it was too dangerous to keep them.

Well designed and attractive to look at. Both at a great price!
