Arrived without damage and as described

The paper holder was perfect for my small bathroom as it takes up much less space than a regular tp holder. My only gripe was it didn’t come with a back piece like the last one I used. I made a bracket out of wood and that worked fine.

I found it absolutely absurd that they do not come with the back Mount/support bracket, It is not possible to install them w/out the bracket, SO WHAT GOOD IS IT ?????????

Slightly misleading

Looks good and the price was too good to be true since it requires an optional $5 bracket which is out of stock. Unless you're screwing it directly to a joist, at the correct depth, which is unlikely. So just buy the product next to it on the shelf that comes with everything. Or silicone it onto the wall if you want to Rube Goldberg it.

Fits the original hole in the wall. Comes with wood screws for mounting, not sure why. In my install there was no wood behind the original one in which to put those screws. Had to use the original mounting parts.

I was replacing an old metal chrome toilet paper holder; compared to the old one, the Moen one felt cheaply made, and the spring-loaded holder was made of a light-weight plastic like material, not metal like the old one.

This is perfect to replace an older one that broke and looks very nice in the guest bathroom.
