Horrendously designed, cheap hardware.
Absolutely terrible design decisions. The set screws require a flathead driver rather than an allen wrench, which not many people are going to have on hand (I was lucky to have an old sewing machine screwdriver which worked). Biggest issue is the set screws facing the inside rather than the bottom of the posts, so once one post is on, it's impossible to fit even a small screwdriver between them. Speakman needs to either switch to allen screws or put the set screw on the bottom of the posts.
