Product was fine unfortunately my wife ordered the wrong product so after we discovered that I returned it to the local store which took it back with questions asked was done politely and courtesy I’ve never had any problems with my local Lowes store the only issue I ever had is finding help in certain departments but in their defense somebody has always tried to find somebody to help me

Dress up an old Moen shower valve.

This product is a perfect fit for a Moen shower that was put in 35 years ago. We needed to change the appearance as the original was polished brass which had aged and we changed all of the faucets in the bath to a brushed nickel finish and needed to change the handle and escutcheon to match.

Product brush nickel doesn’t look the same color , it really didn’t match the brush nickel items that I’m not replacing ....... and I tried to install and the instructions included was for another model , but had to utube the instructions to install. I’m not sure if I’m going to keep this. It not matching to me is issue.

I finally got rid of the generic handle replacement kit and upgrade to this one. It has been 2 months and it works perfect. The handle no longer becomes loose, giving me perfect temperature control and no more dripping shower head. Just be aware that you will need a specific type of bit to install the screws. I had one in my generic tool kit, so it wasn’t a problem for me.
