Disappointing

Bought this about a year ago and it this point, it only operates in the spray mode.

Leaking!

Im so dissapointed in this faucet. After only 3 years, the faucet is leaking from the fixed hose coming out of the bottom of the faucet. It has damaged my cabinet and it appears as there is no option other than replacement.

Sleek design and the function I was looking for.

I wanted a spray nozzle that pulled from the faucet vs separately on the side like I had previously. I also wanted a taller spout for my kitchen but not too tall as it needed to fit under my cabinets.

Minimalist kitchen faucet

Grohe has a very comprehensive, modern product line that is easy to find harmonious products where you need them. Kitchen, bath as well as matching accessories. You can’t go wrong with their German Enginering. I always try to spec them and my customers are always happy.

Like how it looks but does not perform that well

Same issues with this faucet as other reviewers, hose at spray leaking, difficulty getting it to retract properly, and spray to full flow and back button does not reverse from spray back to full flow. All in all a bit disappointing. Difficulty trying to get replacement hose is a big issue.

Very hard to service

The faucet components are high quality and it works well. However, simple service (like changing the cartridge) is very difficult. We would probably not buy another Grohe faucet for this reason.

Faucet internals

After a while the internal hose starts to leak and the water sprays up internally and drips under the sink . It isn’t seen until it appears the floor or on the ceiling below

I purchased a previous version of this faucet several years ago and have been very pleased with it, so I purchased this version for a new property. I like the spray head better and the use of a weight for the spray hose instead of a spring. However, I was very displeased with the plastic nut for securing the faucet to the counter. I tightened it fairly tight by hand, but the faucet remained very wobbly. I then tightened it further using both hands and the plastic nut just kept stripping back to the previous thread and would not tighten further. Fortunately, the metal washer and nut from the faucet I removed was the same thread side and worked well - I was able to fully tighten the faucet, with no wobble. The new faucet would have been totally useless with the plastic nut and washer that came with - don't know why Grohe went to this cheap solution in place of a metal washer and nut.

Easy to use, but hose leaking and spray button....

I moved into a new apartment in Dec 2017. The spray button stuck occasionally half a year ago and the hose leaks since last week. I like it very much with smooth water flow and spraying if the button function keeps normal. Wonder if I can get a replacement without registering my faucet beforehand?

Nice looking but broke in first 2 years.

Button for sprayer gets stuck. Hose leaks after 3 years and have not heard back from Grohe to get replacement under warranty. The look of the faucet is nice but not happy with hose breaking and poor sprayer functionality.
