Good water pressure

I’m purchased this faucet because it offered the option for 2 GPM m. Previous I pitched this style but didn’t realize it had the low water saver GPM actuator that couldn’t be changed.

Def not worth the money. Our pull down is pretty finicky. I would not repurchase.

Not happy with this faucet < 1 year after installation and use.

We installed this faucet as part of a kitchen remodel. We have had problems with the spray handle sticking in the spray vs stream position. There is no good way to get it to release and we are constantly forced to use it via spray. Not a good look considering what we paid. I want to have it fixed but am concerned we will only be replacing one bad experience with another. What is Elkay willing to do make us happy in this situation?

Unfortunately, the look is great but the pull-down quality did not work well. Flimsy

Cannot get this OUT of my house fast enough

Installation is simple which is great because this fixture needs to go. Sprayer does not park itself automatically with the weight and when you do 'snap" it in and out of place it requires a lot of force and the gooseneck is very flimsy which makes it look like its going to break. Sprayer is plastic and feels cheap in your hands. Also the goose neck does a neat trick and shoots off to one side when you turn the water on.

Absolutely beautiful

Have had a few parts loosen but have been able to tighten them up myself. Looks great! Works great!

lasted one year

I had this faucet installed less than a year ago and the water flow controls stopped working. Now I have a mixture of the solid stream and the sprayer functions. I had holes cut to spec in my quartz countertops, so I hope I can find a replacement to fit.

Absolutely love it!

The faucet is beautiful. The water sprayer pressure is much less than a delta or delta equivalent faucet. If it was being used by a large family I wouldn’t recommend it but again it looks beautiful

I am so disappointed with this faucet. It is beautiful and I love the style. But I have had it installed since Jan 2020 and it has been replaced once already while still under warranty. But now it is defective again. The water diverter does not work, and it makes a high pitched noise whenever the water is on. For a faucet at this price, I expect it to work longer than 2 years.

Fits my look, timeless!

I’m not sure where all these 5-star reviews are from and I feel that they may be fabricated. We have had nothing but problems with this faucet. The handles have gone completely sideways to turn the water off, the spray buttons barely press and are constantly getting stuck, and the water pressure is absolutely atrocious. We’ve had this in use for less than 2 years and are already looking to replace. It’s a huge letdown, especially as this was not a cheap product. I do not recommend this faucet to anyone.

Not good quality. Way too expensive for what it is

The sprayer is plastic, not metal, and it's an overall flimsy faucet. The handles are small and feel like they could break at any moment. Stay away from this faucet. Absolutely not worth it.

terrible quality and bad design

This faucet, especially for what you pay for it, is completely not worth it. And it's not well built. The pull down sprayer is plastic, not metal. Plus, the sprayer is not weighted nor is there a magnet to hold it up, so you have to force it back up with quite a lot of force to get it to click in. And, because the faucet is quite narrow on the countertop, it's constantly moving. The hot and cold handles/levers are so thing, they feel like they could break at any time. Stay away from this faucet.

Unreliable

I purchased this faucet in 2015, the nozzle spray button has gotten stuck in place from day one. You have to shake it to get it loose. Now, the hot water faucet is barely turning sideways, its very tight. I’m now looking for information on how to have it fixed.
