I received this and afterward found a much simpler option for us in our tiny home so returned it. The simpler option was an Italian made smaller ironing board with a hanger that stows in a closet or in my case beside the washer and dryer.
This thing has been such a pain to install and doesn’t seem to work for my intended drawer

pull out ironing board
I purchased this for a beach house that has limited storage so a full ironing board is a problem to store. This was installed in a closet under a shelf and is just perfect!! It will take someone who knows what they are doing to install, but I love it and am so happy I purchased it!! Works well, closes great and looks like a nice drawer in closet.
