Everything needed and instructions included were very clear. A simple replacement job. Saved $$ vs having plumber come out and replace.

T13020 Shower handle assembly

Fit well and functions properly. We are very pleased with this purchase and would purchase from Build.com again. This item also delivered early with all the parts needed to install.

I bought this trim kit to replace a 20 year old trim kit that I pretty much destroyed when I could not get the handle to come off in order to replace worn out seats that were causing the faucet to leak. The set screw had calcified into the handle, which I have learned is a pretty common situation. Even after 20 years the rest of the system worked well and I don't think I would have even had to replace the cartridge if I hadn't been forced to cut off it's stem to remove the handle. So needing a new handle I decided to go with an entire new trim kit. Trim kits are very easy to install. Diagrams & instruction are included. Most of the difficulties I encountered involved calcification that made parts stiff and uncooperative. I didn't realize the kit included a cartridge, which I had already purchased and installed separately. So for the money this is a good deal. My new system looks extremely nice and glides smoothly. I really appreciate that Delta still supports a 20 year old shower system with parts that work well and are attractive. It's the reason I chose it 20 years ago.

Looks beautiful and is just perfect for shower use and blends in with all the other bathroom accessories.
